“Getting my first prescription was relatively quick and easy; I had too many risk factors for the contraception I initially requested, but the doctor was happy to prescribe a safer similar option. After the first three months, there was a problem getting my refills. The system somehow sent me a shipping notice from November and no refills were en route. Customer service was incredibly helpful, though, and a new set of refills showed up just in time!”
