“Loved it! Very easy to use and a great user interface. Patient experience team was very responsive. I got my prescription within only a couple days of placing the initial order.”

“Due to poor communication my medicine was delayed for weeks, which caused me to fall behind in my prescription. After being approved by the doctor I was told that my mediciation would ship out within 48 hours. A week passed so I reached out to the company and was then informed they no longer carried my prescription (after they had already said it was in the process of being shipped out.) It took much longer than necessary to be prescribed a generic version, further delaying the medication. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be returning as a customer.”

“NO MORE pleading with doctors to continue my birth control prescription. No more wasted time and money for doctors visits to fill a prescription that I've had for over ten years. “They made an error with my order and didn’t notify me. I waited a very long time for my pills which didn’t arrive on time so I had to take a different brand. I asked them since they made that mistake if they could send me the new brand and they instead sent me the old one. So I switched back & forth just because they negligently didn’t send me my medication on time and didn’t reach out to let Me know. Also, doctors take forever to respond (2 day minimum) and don’t read your questions carefully because i had still left with doubts. Most recently , the last question I asked the doctor responded something that didn’t address my question at all. Don’t waste money or time on this ! I could definitely pursue legal action for medical negligence but I’m all about letting things go and not using it again. Just a warning!!!’”

“Simple Health has truly been a lifesaver for me. My birth control is simply used to control my ovarian cysts and my regular doc wanted to charge me $200 for a doctor's visit every 5 months. I simply could not afford these charges. But, luckily I found Simple Health YAY”

“I love how easily accessible Simple Health makes birth control. My only problem with this program is that the pill packs are sent way too often, and it is annoying to have full pill packs sitting around for a month while you're still trying to finish your current pack.”
