“It's a great service and I appreciate that they always deliver on time. It is frustrating, however, that I get charged essentially twice a month for something that is delivered once a month. This doesn't seem right to me.”

“First time using birth control, so the concept is completely new to me, but Simple Health provides free female condoms and emergency contraceptive, so it helped me ease into it knowing i was protected and Simple Health cared. Definitely recommend this to people who are new to birth control. It was a low price and all the instructions, questions, and concerns were answered in a pamphlet. Great work.”

“I got dropped from my insurance and was worried I would not get my birth control in time. Everything was quick and painless AND I received it in the mail on time. What a great service you are providing for women who do not have access to health insurance or affordable birth control! So thankful!!”

“Knowing i don't have to go through the waiting came to get an appointment with an OBGYN to get on birth control is relaxing, I googled to find out if i can just order my birth control online and just like that I go them, contacting a human was efficient (through texting/emailing) over all they where good, the reason for 4 stars is that it takes 24hrs before someone replies to me and it took me a while before i can actually have the birth control ( this maybe because i was a beginner in the program) but in a short while another delivery will be due so i will see how soon i am getting them this time around.”

“I am not sure I could ever have a better interaction with a dr trying to get birth control ever again. This service has helped me not only get what I need in a responsible manner, but they helped me change when I didn’t like my the first prescription and explained the differences in a timely manner. I loved that we were able to communicate via text.”

“Simple Health was an extremely easy and efficient way to obtain birth control and the whole experience was handled with the same level of professionalism you would obtain in person. The process was easy from start to finish and within a few days my birth control was shipped out. This was much easier that taking the time out of my day to get to my regular physician and then head to the pharmacy. It was a matter of minutes versus several hours and as time is important to me this was a great service.”

“I wish Simple Health had been around years ago. This was not only the fastest, cheapest, and easiest way I’ve ever filled a birth control prescription, but the consultation process was surprisingly thorough. As a busy grad student, I really appreciated being able to talk with my doctor via text and work with her to figure out the best prescription for me. No need to take off work/classes for an in-person doctor’s appointment and no need to wait at the pharmacy. Everything was delivered to my door. I’ve been recommending this service to all of my friends.”
