“So easy and convenient to use. They always send the medicine before I run out where before I’d go to the pharmacy several times after getting the automated reminder call just for them to be out. I’d get told come back later and then they’d still not have it ready always causing a delay. Then my insurance decided they wanted $400 for my birth control so I was unable to get my medicine for my PCOS. Simple Heath filled my script without any issues and it was completely covered by my insurance. I’ve never been without medicine once the switch and my PCOS has been manageable ever since.”
“The theory of receiving medication online is great, but the execution is extremely poor! The customer service is terrible, taking weeks to respond to pressing questions. After expressing several concerns with my current medication, I finally (weeks later) was prescribed an alternative. Then, after waiting several more weeks, I receive a not saying that the medication is out of stock. They then attempted to prescribe the SAME medicine that was causing me the issues in the first place. Clearly, this service only cares about the money. The could not care less about your health or concerns as a client.”

Not to mention after sometime they wont refill your prescription until you check up with your gynecologist… (at least thats how it was for me)which some of us just have too much going on at the moment to make an appointment and just need them to refill it.
