“Simple health is straight forward and easy to use. The only downside was that it was free for the first batch of pills (4 packs). Then they said they no longer accepted my insurance and began charging $15 per pack. I didn’t want to change my prescription so I just paid it.”

“The reason for the two stars is you guys need to have a direct line to call. Emailing to get your information is not great. Everyone’s looking for jobs now so hiring some people for a call center or something work from home would be great. The representatives that do the emailing don’t pay enough attention to details like addresses or phone numbers. I also don’t know why there’s an option for “how did you communicate with the company” and ‘telephone’ being an option because you guys don’t have a telephone number anywhere on the site!”

“Efficient way to receive birth control. I received over 6 months supply rather than refilling every 3 months. I had to switch my health insurance and didn’t want to start over a new process of seeing a new gyno for birth control.
It mentioned that I would receive my birth control within 3-5 days. Which is true, but this recent order it took over a week. I checked the order and it was a standstill for 4 days until it finally arrived in the mail. It’s still convenient than going to a pharmacy to pick it up.”

They say they are the same but I notice a difference in my body and my mood when its changed. I would like to just stay with the one I know works for me!!!!!!”
