“I really love using simple health because it means I don’t have to go out to a doctors office and be prescribed pills, it just gets shipped straight to my house super easy and I can get 3 packets of the pills at a time and pay a lump sum which I think is a fair price. Only trouble is that I’ve had shipping problems where I won’t get my new pills for a week after they’re supposed to arrive, but I’ve only had that happen 2 or 3 times in the 3 years I’ve been using this service. So the pros far out weigh the cons. And whenever I have issues the customer service is always amazingly helpful.”

“It took awhile to get my prescription sent to me and I went a couple days without my pills because of an insurance issue I guess. I wish their shipping was overnight or next day.
Other than that, the process was pretty easy and I love the convenience of it all. I don’t have to worry about calling the pharmacy and asking for a refill every 4 weeks.”

The only downside I can see is that it claims that you don’t need insurance. But it wouldn’t process my birth control until it had my insurance. I didn’t see an option to not have it.
