“The service itself is wonderful and worth trying. I'm a busy parent to a toddler and don't have the resources or time to frequently visit the doctor or go to the pharmacy. The process was simple, the refill was timely, and the system keeps you notified of all steps of the process for your refills with plenty of time to update your info if needed.
Removing 1 star because the initial contact from the doctor was condescending and rude. This is because the questionnaire was confusing of where to leave vital specific health information. The response from the doc scolded me for using the wrong area. I wasn't able to fix where details should be stored, so it was out if my control. Also, the initial questionnaire is "screen by screen" per question instead of one screen with all questions at once. It makes it hard to know if special health circumstances will be addressed and leaves you with random places for notes. It would be nice for the user interface to allow you to see all questions at once so special notes don't end up in the wrong comment areas. Thus is what caused the doc scolding.”
“I was hesitant at first since I had a bad experience wit birth control in the past but honestly I’ve just about finished my first month and I really feel like it works for me.”
“Really easy and simple to use. Fast and effective and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would've stuck to the pill if it didn't make me nauseous all the time. But thats my body's issue, not SimpleHealth lol.”
“I absolutely love this service! I appreciated it greatly. I've only been on my new Birth Control for a month, now- and I'm not sure how much I like it, to be honest. I'm taking Sharobel- a Progestin-only Mini Pill, for the first time. I prefer the Sprintec I used to take, because at least I know when my period is supposed to come. I just finished my first pack of Sharobel, and have spotted throughout the entire month. I also think this is the second time I've had my period, this month. I can't even tell- at this point, This would be the "usual" time for me to have it, so I'm hoping it regulates sooner than later. I read the information that says I could be spotting for 3-4mos. I'm not happy about it- but I can't go wrong with free birth control.
The service itself is phenomenal. I love that I don't have to go into a doctor for my prescription, and that it's free to Insurance carriers... And even if I didn't have insurance, it is a low price! I hope more people use this service. It could be a game-changer for so many people, and I hope that more women take this opportunity to care for their reproductive health.”
“My one complaint about your company is the fact you do not accept my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket every 3 months. For as much as we pay in insurance it would be really nice if my prescription was covered. Hard to understand and disappointing.”
“It takes a day or two for them to get back to you but this is understandable as they have lots of people needing help and get busy. Shipping is super fast and reliable. Easiest way to get birth control.”
“I love how easy it was to sign up and get the birth control I wanted. It would be nice if a doctor or health liaison from SimpleHealth would get in touch with you a few weeks in to see how everything is going.”
