“I used to use Nurx and switched to Simple Health since it was half the price. So far I've been quite pleased with it. I guess the main difference is the communication with healthcare providers; it doesn't feel quite as direct with Simple Health since it takes a few extra steps and the replies are fairly short, but it's nothing huge. I was very happy with the service I received when I was getting started though, and the staff gave me a whole list of things I could do to get the lowest price possible since I'm paying out of pocket. Definitely recommend.”
“I appreciate the service greatly. I do find it upsetting that my daughter and I both use Simple Health and I pay a $30 copay and she doesn’t, even though we have the exact same insurance and plan. Also, I’ve had a $20 fee charged to my card without notice.
Again, I do appreciate being able to use the services and for the most part, it’s wonderful. I’d recommend it to others, for sure!”
“I really like how everything is cheap and I get my pills on time, but be only thing is I can’t get a hold of someone by phone when I have a question.”
“Enjoyed the services provided, rx delivered in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is the communication between myself and either the representatives and/or providers did take a little too long-but I can deal with that! Thank you!”
“Awesome for the "AUTO REFILL" category...
It is all sent directly to you by mail. After about 4 and 3/4 months, I was automatically charged for another 6 months(provided funds available for price of meds at 6 months). Recieved the package of something $5.00 extra(for 6 months), several days later.
I only wish they ask me if they are going to charge me extra per month plus "auto-refill" the prescription.
It was $15 per month for first 6 months when first applied. When "auto-refill" happened at 4 & 3/4 months, the price went up $5.00 per month and I was automatically charged and not notified as well as change in the original prescription.”
