“Easy to set up an account & get a prescription. My only issue was that I couldn't remove the female condoms from my subscription without having to redo my whole subscription. Luckily I was able to email them & they fixed it on their side. I would've just like to do it on my side no problem. After the first three months, there was a problem getting my refills. The system somehow sent me a shipping notice from November and no refills were en route. Customer service was incredibly helpful, though, and a new set of refills showed up just in time!”
