“Very easy to use. Initial contact was a little slow (sent request on a Wednesday and heard back on Sunday). Follow up contacts have been within 24 hours and have been very helpful. Some side effects with the medication so far but was expected. Overall very happy with the service!!”

“Way easier than asking my doctor for the 5th time and getting that's a different appointment. Simple health took just a simple week and a half and I got it no fuss. So happy I saw that commercial. Thank you”

“At the beginning of the whole process I would have liked more communication but other than that it was a good experience. I got my birth control prescription quickly and what they prescribe has worked out perfectly for me. It is also affordable.”

“Everything went very smoothly, I was able to customize my birth control needs. The only bummer was they didn’t accept my Medicaid insurance so I could probably get the same stuff cheaper if I went to planned parenthood, but I’m paying for the convenience of it especially in today’s world - not having to go in for an appt is a huge plus.”

“As a young woman (15-16) who is some what sexual active, this is a great thing to use for me. I use it mostly for my periods because of how painful and stunting they are so I didn’t want anything that was too strong. Simple health found the best fit for me and the doctors are very nice and open. :)”

“I would honestly recommend this to anyone. It gave me a few side effects the first 2 weeks I took it and when I had my period I had it for 2 weeks straight but it wasn’t bad.”

“It was so easy to get birth control without actually seeing a doctor. You just fill out the forms and answer any questions they might have. they kept in contact with me and continue to support me with any questions I have.”

“I like the idea and have used other services like it. I wish they accepted my insurance. It would save me some money, but it’s still affordable. I’m not a huge fan of supplying three months at a time. But that’s not the end of the world. I also haven’t been able to figure out how to change my prescription.”

“Easy to set up an account & get a prescription. My only issue was that I couldn't remove the female condoms from my subscription without having to redo my whole subscription. Luckily I was able to email them & they fixed it on their side. I would've just like to do it on my side no problem. But that was my only problem, otherwise a good company with a user friendly website.”

“Getting my first prescription was relatively quick and easy; I had too many risk factors for the contraception I initially requested, but the doctor was happy to prescribe a safer similar option. After the first three months, there was a problem getting my refills. The system somehow sent me a shipping notice from November and no refills were en route. Customer service was incredibly helpful, though, and a new set of refills showed up just in time!”

“Great so far. This is my first time. My package did come until several days after I was told I would receive the order. You can't do that with something like birth control.”

“The ordering process was very smooth and I liked the ease of ordering birth control right from home. However, the brand I received is not what was in the confirmation email. I looked it up and it's the closest they had available, which is fine, but not what I was expecting.”
