“Just joined got my first month no problem and never got my second month logged in and it says it will be shipped in April. Well with birth control you can't just skip a month. I texted them and no response. It has been a couple days with no response back.”

“Once my insurance information was finally set up, I received my package pretty quick. The only other issue I have is that I was hoping to minimize or stop my periods all together but I had 2 periods last month. I'm willing to give it a chance seeing as I just started this a month ago. I'm hoping it will regulate and this won't happen again.”

“I’ve been using this service for a year, every time I’ve been sent a new supply of bc pills it has been a different prescription, at first customer service and the doctor you could contact where helpful but now quite rude, and recently the price was doubled for me so I can no longer afford the service and will be going elsewhere when I need more bc pills.”

“I am quite disappointed. I liked the initial ease of use to set up my account, but my first pack was delivered the end of January (they only sent one months worth of prescription) and for some reason the next delivery for my next pill pack was scheduled for April.. so now I had to manually move up my subscription refill and it will be arriving late. There was no notice of my next refill date and for how time based birth control is, it very disappointed.”

“Simple health is a life saver for me. As someone with Tokophobia (fear of pregnancy) I have a very hard time in doctor's offices. Simple health has been fast, efficient, and caring towards me. They respond to emails lightning fast and cater towards your needs. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“I find it unbelievable that women are forced to jump through hoops to get their yearly birth control subscriptions refilled the traditional way. Simple Health made the process straightforward and, well, simple. My pills came right when I needed them, were my preferred type, and cost me nothing with insurance. Wish this service was around when I was younger...highly recommend!”

“Ever since starting, my periods last 2 weeks. As compared my my normal 3 days. Even when I skip the pills. Also, my breasts hurt so bad about three weeks out of every month.”
