“There’s not much to critique 😂 it’s birth control and it’s pretty basic. The service was pretty fast compared to other companies, it took me ages to get a prescription from other companies when it only took less than a week with Simple Health.”

“I have been on birth control pills for years and i have no problem remembering to take them but getting the refills has been a source of anxiety for as long as i can remember! Calling the pharmacy, calling back the doctor, calling back the pharmacy, doctor's appointments, insurance cards expiring, picking up the pills, the pharmacy closing early...all a nightmare! Simple Health has been an absolute game changer for me. They could not make it easier to place and track orders. A mishap that would have kept me on the phone for hours is now fixed literally through text message! They keep you posted every step of the way and as crazy as this may sound, you feel like the company actually cares about making sure you have your script. I cannot recommend them enough! Simple Health is the best!”

“I have a slight phobia of doctors. Growing up I was constantly in and out of hospitals so simple health made it stress free and easy for me to receive Birth Control. I love that I don’t have to go anywhere and I can wait for it to be shipped to my house. If you don’t have insurance the fee for Birth Control is budget friendly, and they have great customer service as well!”

“No response from customer service. Was told when I signed up that I wouldn't have to worry about getting my refills because they would always automatically ship on time so I never missed a pill but that was not the case. I got 1 pack of BC pills to start February but then my refill of 3 packs wasn't being sent until April. I had to manually update my subscription to send my 3 pack refill ASAP instead of April. Definitely going to find a virtual doctor at a regular clinic and canceling this subscription.”
