“Very happy with this whole process! There are a handful of other companies offering birth control through the mail, simplehealth is by far the best. “I thought access to birth control would always be impossible for me, but Simple Health really did make it simple. Unfortunately when I really needed birth control, when I was in university in Hawaii I couldn’t get any. I know this likely isn’t connected to your site, but I am hoping you may be able to take this to higher grounds. Hawaii is the most diverse state in America and seeing as woman of color are more vulnerable to act of sexual violence they sometimes rely on birth control more then white woman. I think it’s only fair to begin the process of making amazing sites like Simple Health more accessible to women of color who reside on one of the many Hawaiian islands. Other then that, Simple Health has been a life saver and I’m incredibly thankful to have such easy access to birth control”

“Does not have a way to contact customer service quickly. I asked to only receive a certain pill after receiving a generic. They said they put it in my account. A month later I get a message that my chosen pill was not available and to let them know what to do. I immediately messaged back asking to wait. Apparently 1 minute is too long to respond and they sent the generic again. When I messaged back after they told me I took too long and did I want them to put on my account that I only wanted a specific brand, a month after they had already done so. So they then tried to bill my insurance again for now another pack and the insurance denied it as they just paid for the wrong pack. I am waiting for a courtesy refill of the correct brand.”
