I have always loved Simply Be and the clothes. But my recent experience has been totally eclipsed and shall never use them again. I ordered a large haul and needed to return some items. I also ordered 2 of the same item by mistake. When I checked my refund status an item was missing so I decided to call first mistake. My phone bill was £16 for 1 call.... But after several emails they refunded this. I have now had an item sent back to me stating they cannot give a refund as it has been worn.A very short terse note added inside.I feel quite embarrassed that they think I would send soiled clothes back. I have checked it and can see it has soil marks on it. But I have never worn this as the garment was too big. All I can assume is I was sent a soiled item initially and now I'm being stuck with it. If I challenge it only makes me look guilty!! Really made me think who has worn my clothes before me. A phone call would have been appreciated so i could have given my side.I should have been more thorough in my checks when they arrived.I am really miffed. Lesson learned can't be bothered to chase this up as they don't reply to emails and it will probably cost £500 to call them 😂🤣

Possibly the worst company I have ever ordered from. My friend recommended Simply Be after I told her I was hoping to build up my credit score. I made an account and was given a £150 initial credit limit to spend. I ordered 2 items and they came to £282.50 so I therefore agreed to use the £150 they said I could spend and pay the additional £132.50 on my card with views to clear the balance on my account before it was due and therefore eventually improve my credit score. I received an email confirmation with my parcels on and delivery date to then get a text 15 minutes later saying it had been cancelled. I have been sat on chat speaking to an unbelievably unhelpful and blunt customer service team member for an hour now. My order was cancelled by credit control apparently which is "a formality" - if this is a formality, the money shouldn't have left my bank account. I have asked for the £132.50 to be refunded immediately to which I've been told it'll take 3-5 working days but am also being told I have £132.50 to spend on my account now. Never known anything like it. Prior to ordering I received emails saying I had the £150 to spend. I strongly advise you to avoid. It is unfair and misleading.

UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CHECK! After almost a month since my order, being lied to several times about being contacted, I have now been told that simply be are doing a credit check. I DID NOT request a credit account. I have paid for the order by card payment. They are still holding my order and have illegally now processed a credit check. Absolutely ridiculous company. From reading reviews, it seems I am not the only person they have done this to!! DO NOT ORDER FROM SIMPLY BE. THEY ARE MISUSING CUSTOMER INFORMATION!!

Terrible. Mess up orders. Dont deliver next day and charge for it. When I tried to sort it it's taken an hour on the phone, a live chat and being called rude by customer service which should never ever happen. Spend your money elsewhere!  SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a handbag and they sent me Christmas jumper . Kept on messaging them emailing them.. told me I’d receive my refund they only sent me refund of the delivery not the full amount. Don’t trust this website at all defiantly wouldn’t order again off it

Never deliver on time I’ve missed things for my holidays twice now Staff are polite but service is far too slow - no trust in what is being said as it’s rarely followed through

Firstly I have not used my account details for months. I then receive an email saying my item would be delivered. I promptly emailed the company and said it was a mistake I had not ordered anything! Yes you have was the reply which I catergorically denied as I had not. Many emails - then courier tried to deliver which I refused to accept and did not sign for anything. I then get an email saying my item had been delivered successfully??? I hadn't touched the machine but it bore my initials??? I had not accepted the item. More emails and tracking showed it was sent back to Simply Be on the 26th June. More emails - why haven't they refunded me? Yes they had taken money from my bank account for something I had not ordered and did not accept delivery of. They will refund me when the item is back in the warehouse? Where is it if it isn't there yet? I am deeply upset by their attitude and more so the fact they still have my money for something I did not order or accept delivery of. I am 65 years old nearly with arthritis what do I need with a pair of cycling shorts 2 sizes too big for me. I will never ever use this company again. I am also sharing this review with other sites as it is a true description of the unsatisfactory service they provide.

I wanted to order an item but can't just buy it without signing up for J D Williams's Credit so sorry won't be bothering with Simply Be if they con people into signing up to goodness knows what. If there is a problem they tell you to ring them and charge you extra for that. Bad practice.

Dreadful service. Most items not in stock when I did find an item, paid for it, given delivery details then told the item was out of stock! FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER.

I ordered an item paid for next day delivery, just been told will get it in a few days as still pending ( payment already taken ) but shows standard delivery with next day delivery charged next to it !! Not received item

What went wrong .... what went right . Presuming you actually sort this mess out it will be the last time I try to purchase something from you. Everyone. If you want the payment taken from your bank and then the order cancelled for non payment - these are the people to go to. If you want them to then say that they are sorry you want to cancel the order (err hello I didn’t.) and then when emailed with the documents to explain what the problem is to be told ah well you can’t have credit your not eligible- I didn’t want credit I just wanted a suit. All I wanted was for them to cancel the order their end so the money being held in my account for their pending payment would be returned to it and I could go and buy a new suit somewhere else right now I have no suit and no money.

STAY AWAY - I ordered boots as a Christmas present and paid for next day delivery. The order confirmed the delivery will be on 23/12/18 and when it came to the day nothing turned up and still has not. Thank you for ruining my family's Christmas. Absolutely rubbish service. You don't even have a contact number to face the customers who PAID for next day delivery. Never again.
