“I was a little late in getting the gear I needed for my son to start Viola in grade 3. The service I received was exceptional. I did not feel like any of my questions were silly or a waste of time and all the gear was packed up ready for me to collect. So easy. Thanks.”

“Today was my first visit to Simply for Strings. I'm an adult novice, and have been loaned a 'cello for my beginner lessons. Rhys was very professional, but also charming and very helpful. A truly remarkable customer service experience that is so rare these days. Definitely 5 star service indeed.”

“The service was very good. My telephone inquiry was remembered and my issue, ie a possible lighter cello bow was offered. There was no pressure. A wide range was offered for me to find the bow that spoke to me. I narrowed it down to 2 and the salesman played superbly and advised me on the one that he found the most suitable - it was also the cheaper. The after-sales advice was supportive.”

“I've bought from Simply For Strings a few times. Everything always arrives in perfect condition, well packaged, and I'm happy with the prices and the large range available. Absolutely my favourite online shop, it's a shame I don't live close enough to go to the physical shop! My violin teacher also recommended Simply For Strings to me, without knowing I already shopped there!”

“The customer service and advice given was amazing. The virtuoso cello and viola are really lovely instruments and come with good cases and bows. The service though is the clincher, not many businesses look after their customers this well.”
