We have always received fantastic service, quality products and easy click & collect for our purchases @ Simply for Strings. We've purchased a Cello, backup bow, rosin, strings, electric pickup, both music / theory books and had Cello repairs on a previous Cello. We love the rewards offered which help to buy special fun student items keepings Cello playing fun! Thanks for always having consistent service!

I haven't had my violin out to play in a long time (more than 10 years) and when one string snapped when I was tuning it I found your website. The strings recommended are really nice to play and easy to tune. Thank you!

In the store, James was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service today, thank you. However came in to the store in June seeking a new bow, none in stock. I left name and number and was told I would get a call when the stock came in. I called 4 times between June and Sept Anna was told still no bows. I phoned in Oct and was told some stock had arrived, so I put one aside and came in to the store. Was disappointed that I had to initiate all follow up and I was not kept up to date by staff.
