“your company droped the ball, my on file. My problem came after getting a new policy, your processor did not sent documents all together. The insurance company wanted to cancel my policy because they never received all docment. The processor sent separate files never telling the insurance company the files were separate.”

“It was my first time getting insurance and Michael had assisted me, he was a wonderful IOA agent and reassured me on anything and calmed my anxiety, He helped me get a great price and i would recommend him as an agent.”

“I was being charged for something that wasn't necessary and they really didn't seem like they wanted to help me and take this charge off so I had to continually call back to make sure that it was done but I'm still not sure if it is”

“It’s all good! The agents I spoke to were very respectful and helpful in assisting the issues I called about! Diana Anderson especially listened to my concerns and was able to resolve them! She then quickly followed up with an email to ensure and help me get closure on my concerns! Thank you for listening, understanding and being efficient in assisting me!”
