They called way too many times basically harassing me after I all ready chose a plan and let them know that… first time speaking to an agent went great however and he helped me find a plan right away!

your company droped the ball, my on file. My problem came after getting a new policy, your processor did not sent documents all together. The insurance company wanted to cancel my policy because they never received all docment. The processor sent separate files never telling the insurance company the files were separate.

I was being charged for something that wasn't necessary and they really didn't seem like they wanted to help me and take this charge off so I had to continually call back to make sure that it was done but I'm still not sure if it is

I called at least 6 to 8 times before I got anywhere with anybody. It was very aggravating.

It was not an easy process. Ì kept getting emails asking for dòcume to that I had already spoken to someone about. Hopefully you now have everything you need.

Lots of confusion about which IOA serves me. Long delays in getting things done. Very inconvenient. Poor communications. Pretty awful overall.

Initially I had a good experience when I was purchasing insurance. However when I needed to follow up with concerns/issues, I couldn’t get anyone to return my calls/emails to assist with resolution.

I've never used an Insurance Broker before as I have always communicated directly with the Carrier I wanted to purchase a "bundle" package, i.e. Home and Auto coverage. I first had to deal with the Auto salesperson, as he stated he couldn't sale Home Insurance but would get me over to the person who could after we completed the Auto portion. I wanted to make sure I could bundle but what would happen if the Home policy was too much. After completing the Auto policy purchase was sent over to the Home Insurance and yes, as afraid, the Home Insurance was way too much, therefore I couldn't bundle and get the discounted rate. I'm still looking for Home Insurance coverage! Will never utilize an Insurance Brokerage Company again and I caution anybody who is thinking about it to rethink more than once. Very disappointed!!!!!

Communication by the agent should have been better. I was the one who caught that payment to the insurance was not immediately made because the closing company did not understand how to pay the insurance so I had to pay the insurance and get reimbursed from the closing company. the mortgage company had to request the rider 2 times. There was a delay by the agent in obtaining the insurance.

As a senior receiving and reading documents by internet just doesn’t work. Also need to have one agent to speak to regarding questions and help. If I had known I wasn’t speaking directly with the insurance company I would never have changed my insurance company.

The representative I contacted told me to sign the cancelation request electronically and then kept lying to me about Progressive needing proof that I went with another insurance company. I contacted Progressive directly since I was getting a run Round. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Well my unfortunate experience is really absurd to me. I received a cancellation policy letter, because in my house when the pictures were taken two branches of a palm tree I have in my landscaping weee touching the house. This is absolutely unheard of. The underwriter was requesting this done to reinstate my policy. I have a gardener that takes care of our landscaping and lawn maintenance. I am in vacations and this situation is getting out of proportion. Who can help me with this incredible situation??? I never had a HOI requesting me to trim my palm tree. Can someone respond to this situation and clear my mind. Mylene R Cruz

I’ve been trying to reach my insurance agent Jonathon Gant through his work number on my contract and his cell he provided. I’m feel like a bait and switch Once I get settled in I will look into switching out since I can’t seem to get a response or get in contact for a question I have. If I were to have a true emergency or claim I and not confident I can get help in future

I can't say as my experience was all that great. I left several messages for a callback, and all I kept getting was voicemail. Finally I reached Ruth Guthrie, who help me with my inquiry.

They provided me with a great Homeowners insurance that I took the opportunity to get instantly. Taylor advised the documents would be sent to my mortgage company (almost a month in advance) that way there we no issues. Now, a month later I have been notified that my insurance policy expired and due to not having a new insurance policy on file, the mortgage company provided me with a random company that charged me almost $3,000. Now I’m stuck having to fix this, meanwhile I cannot even get an email backs. They were so friendly and nice at first, but once they get their customers they really could care less.

Having a great deal of difficulty getting my homeowner's insurance renewal handled properly. Long wait times to speak to a service rep. Incorrect information was provided. Been working to resolve things for nearly two months. Still unresolved. Have asked the owner of local agency to call me. Awaiting final outcome. While the staff I've spoken to has been very pleasant haven't been able to address concerns yet.

I am no longer a client because each year when my insurance renewals came due, I needed to research other quotes and reach out to you to suggest looking at other options. Being that you receive a commission on my insurance policies I am not sure what service I received for that commission.
