“I applied for 5 policies. I thought everything was set. The first time I received a call that said the policies needed to be paid for before they could be put into place. After a few calls, that was taken care of. A month later, I get a call saying one of my policies was not paid for. I made several calls and was promised a callback within a certain period of time twice, that didn't happen. I finally made contact with the underwriter and was told I would get a DocuSign that day and that I did not owe money. That was two days ago. I'm still waiting for the DocuSign and the email with an explanation. This was all done on line.”

“While you have a good portfolio of products, the performance of our agent, Cindy Perry, in the last 6 months has been unacceptable. She states that she has been continuously overwhelmed with work since November 2021. It takes more than a month to get responses to questions posed in emails and then we get answers only after hounding her with phone calls and voicemails. (She does not answer the phone.) I have tried to reach the supervisor for the Marathon office to be assigned another agent to no avail.”

“I switched to you guys for new homeowners insurance back in May 2021 at the end of 2021 I needed a home equity loan. The bank needed to put my insurance on their loan Yall called me and said There is issues that need to be addressed with my 4point that was done close to one year ago and you held up and delayed me from getting my loan! any issues that could’ve been solved it should’ve been when the 4point inspection was done,”
