Needed extra documents, which I had to procure, and was harassed by flurry of auromated texts and emails tp produce them, with implied threat of cancelling insurance!, even after emailing that I was working on it.

Had a dash fire. They wanted to total-complete loss it. It was a fire due to an overdrive switch. I would've had to get it repaired-they get the title-drive up to Tampa for inspection-then apply for a salvage title(which the insurance premium would go up and my coverage would go down. I had a $500 deductible. I bought and installed all of the plactic pieces that melted and cluster gauge and an ASE certified letter stating that the main wiring harness was uncompromised..all for less than my deductible! And,better quality parts.

The initial experience with the sales agent was excellent but the follow up and signing of documents was 2nd rate. I've signed documents using DocuSign as well as printing out and faxing docs and now it seems if they want more of the same docs mailed and all the while they have already debited my bank account the 6 month premium! Not acceptable!

Very hard to get in touch with the person handling my acct. Never returned calls & had to send ugly emails to get any response from him. Then just an email in return never a phone call. Then after sending all paper work that was ask of me & signatures, I get a letter saying I was denied after he took my $1800. By check over phone. Then 2&1/2 weeks later I get a call from another person saying I was approved & I just needed to sign and call and make a payment of $2900. The yearly fee which I had already setup for every 6 months. So then when I called the next day (12/6) I was told my acct was delinquent, as of 11/16 and I was not aware I even had coverage. So I am not happy with the way it all went down. I stayed on top of it but someone there dropped the ball. And I’d like to add that a person named Angela Portilla sent the letter dated 12/1 “NOTICE OF DECLINATION”. She is also the same person who wrote the policy I was called about on 12/5. So yes, I am very confused when I called your company with a reference of high standards from my son-in-law. Sincerely, Linda Runnels

Was happy at beginning seemed to find us great quote.But next day sent second part of contract saying this company coverage not backed by state of Florida .Do not feel as confident in company.

Isa could use help on her attention to detail. The price was great, but the policy had the wrong start date, my name was spelled wrong, and my email address was entered incorrectly. She also did not show a sense of urgency to fix it. He supervisor, tony was awesome. Great job fixing it.

The customer service representative was very nice but is very difficult to get in touch with. Let emails, text messages, spoke to other rep and still couldn't reach Mr rep. Once I did. Tge process was very fast, but I realized at the dealership the insurance coverage was fir the wrong car. The process to recharge the rep has started all over again and I still haven't heard back and I haven't signed the contract.

The application process was tedious and lengthy. The contract was complex with addendums that the agent had to explain to me after researching them herself. I remain concerned about the carrier due to a low BBB+ rating and the extreme number of negative reviews online. It seems that Frontline has a very poor record for paying claims. My agent Kimberly Saldana was polite, amicable, and helpful. I hope in the event I ever have a claim your agency will help me through the process.
