Jonathan was excellent and pleasant. Dueing our first encounter, he took his the. The second encounter seemed hurried, but he got it done. I did not like having to sign two sets of the same documents. I was told I didn’t have to sign the second, but I kept getting emails saying I did.

We’ve never had a claim for any of our policies, but we won’t be able to afford to live here anymore after the astronomical hike in rates. What will IOA do when everyone has to leave? The people that buy our property will be paying cash and they won’t be needing any insurance. Seems like you’re cutting your own throat by forcing those of us that live and work here to leave. Who will run the stores and resorts when we are gone? Certainly not the rich oligarchs that will be buying all the vacant properties.

Needed help was purchasing new mobile home insurance but since I had open claim my insurance was cancelled and now I am without any insurance and there has been really no help available. Agents are not there to help I'm very disappointed

Communication is a slow process to get insurance problems resolved. Notices come by snail mail with little notice before deadlines and turnaround times.
