“Travis was great except for one thing. Three different times he said he would make sure the state of Florida was notified I had insurance and he would notify me it was done. Three times he never did and my license was suspended. Trouble with his direct number and I couldn't get through 9 out of 10 attempts.”

“Not sure of this company because they seem to be contradicting the other employees of information that was the exact opposite of what I was told earlier. I am not very familiar with the company for car insurance.”

“I worked primarily with Alda to cancel the Citizens policy on the house I sold and bind coverage on the house I purchased. Although she apparently had too much work to answer my calls the same day, when we did talk by phone, she was very helpful, friendly and obviously knowledgeable.”
