“My first experience when calling iso for a new quote for new insurance when I spoke with Isa arce and I spoke with her about the really bad experience I am having with my previous insurance company she quickly went above and beyond and assisted me with great service”

“Actually, you guys weren't really involved in the renewal other than sending notices. I schedule/pay the premium directly to Progressive on their site. One thing I would recommend is instead of sending me email reminders saying 'Call us, we may be able to find you a better deal' do some research and let me know that you found me a better deal on my insurance and the details. Now that would be what they call WOW servicw.”

“this is the best run company and the best employee i ever dealt with i mean it i was at my breaking point trying to get insurance and it was because of their employees they just plain sucked”
