“We were one of the lucky ones who lost our home owners because our insurance company pulled out of Florida. “I stumbled on this service after a bad experience with one of the top insurance companies and a lapse in coverage. Julian Butler was my contact, and he was extraordinary. He took me through the process with ease and put me at ease with his authenticity, knowledge and support. I felt like I'd made a friend and gotten my insurance rate cut down to nothing! When I had an issue with my tag later due to the lapse in coverage, I called back and spoke to another rep: same wonderful experience — quick resolution with genuine care. And, I received a follow-up call from my ol' friend Julian! I legitimately want to recommend SimplyIOA to everyone! I have saved so much money and could not be more thrilled with the service. The company clearly hires staff and puts them in positions that match their strengths.”
