“Very efficient and friendly. Arrived on time worked fast and efficiently. We were loaded up in 5 hours. They were like super heroes super strong amazing!! Unloaded fast at our new house. Nothing broken so far. Just the corners from an antique chest of drawers hence only 4 stars !! :)”

“Great price but dissapointed that, despite us sending a list of our possessions that needed moving, they didn’t send a big enough van. Therefore, all of our garden stuff had to remain at the property until 2 days later. The guys that did the move were brilliant and very helpful.”

“I LIKE SIMPLY REMOVAL BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND PROMPT. THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS NICE. BUT I WILL LIKE SOME REDUCTIONS IN PRICE FOR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF GOODS IN FUTURE. IT IS BIT HIGH AT PRESENT. PROBABLY WILL USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN IN FUTURE.”

“The people who did the actual moving were great. They had a few problems to overcome - large furniture through small doorways and so on - but they were pragmatic and friendly. The cost was way too high, potentially because it was a relatively late booking, but for that money it basically can't offer value. All of our stuff ended up in our new home and none of it was damaged, though, so that was great.”

“The removal guys turned up on time and where polite and pleasant and did a good job on the day, we had no breakages and made good time from London to Eastbourne. Simply quoted a good price, i would happy use Simply again.”

“Brilliant service, friendly team and took the stress out of moving. The packing team were efficient, but could have completed the packing on day 1 so the removals team didn’t have to finish off for them. That being said the removal team were brilliant, finished packing & got the job finished by 3pm and were professional to the end. I would definitely recommend to others and use them again.”

“Good service. I was slightly nervous initially as I had had read a few reviews that were negative however M George and his partner worked really well together. They were professional and got the job done. M George was able to communicate any questions he had regarding what needed to be moved, informing when cracks or damages were observed beforehand so we understood each other which i liked. It was evident that they are experienced and know what they are doing. I would use the service again Relieved its all over for Now.......”

“I have used Simply Removal services many time in last 8-10 years. This move on May 3rd was not perfect because you sent a very rude and arrogant leader. He acted very difficult and had no good manners.”

“Happy enough, although I felt they slowed down towards the end to take the time 15 minutes into the next hour - so I had to pay for a full extra hour. For this reason I recommended a friend who is about to move look elsewhere”

“We used you for moving myself and my partner from our 2 houses into 1 and used the packing and removal service. The only problem came when we needed to chase up the packing service which didn’t turn up on time and we had to chase. Other than that, great service - 2 teams of Romanian guys who worked tirelessly all day and got the job done with the minimum of fuss despite some at times tricky access arrangements. A great price too! Many thanks.”
