“I am a previous customer that had my entire home done and referred several more. I know there was issues with the wrong shutter being order and I took it in stride and allowed the company and Dawn to make it right. Unfortunately with long lead time it could get frustrating. I have to say the still did and excellent job with installation and clean up. I would give them all in all 5 stars. I have just moved out of the area that they service and was sadden to know I Reluctantly had to go with another company.”

“I ordered shutters for two windows from Simply Shutters. The individual who measured them did not take correct measurements and when they were installed there was a huge gap on both the top and bottom. I contacted Simply Shutters - they immediately reordered the correct size for me. Dawn is amazing at keeping their clients updated in an extremely difficult environment because of the supply issues on products from China.”

“I am so pleased with Simply Shutters, as in the past two years, I have placed these lovely shutters on all of my windows in my condo. On one occasion, I had a problem with one of the screws that was not put in properly, and Dawn was kind enough to make arrangements to have an installer come by and fix it. Their prices are reasonable, the quality is the best, and I highly recommend Simply Shutters to those looking for Quality Plantation Shutters.”
