Although Steve is AWESOME, the man who came to measure and order my shutters ordered the incorrect product. The installers were also AWESOME -- when they left I noticed that the shutters were incorrect. I am annoyed that I initially had to wait 10 to 12 weeks to get them and now I have to wait another period of time for the CORRECTED shutters. My family had previously ordered shutters from Simply Shutters and that is why I chose your company. I am very disappointed at this time as I am waiting for the CORRECTED shutters. My rating of your Company might have been higher if I was credited some of my money for this waiting time inconvenience.

We were not the buyers of these shutters but bought the house they were in. When the one in our master bathroom shower fell off the wall spontaneously, they came out and measured incorrectly. It was a long wait until they could bring in the new shutter which did not fit. After that they had to re-order one but fix the one that had fallen off the wall so we at least had something to cover the window. We are still waiting for the replacement. Since we have sold the home we need to inform the new owners when that shutters will arrive.

They consistently delayed the delivery, which during the pandemic could be excusable, however, what is not excusable is that requests for updates were completely ignored and not answered--that was frustrating. They never provided an adjustment in price due to the significant delay. They are not customer-centric and take their customers for granted.

Customer service was pretty good as far as response time when inquiring about the job however, it took about 14 weeks to get the 3 shutters for my kitchen. The installation on one of the shutters is very bad and unprofessional as you can see in the pictures below. I don’t know if the installers were not very experienced but I think the company should have more experienced installers, not the happiest camper!

Shutters are great. The service repair department never returns your call. When they finally came to my house they said they will repot the problem and order me two panels that was 6 months if not more. I’m still waiting

The installation was done in a reasonable time of installation. The wait for the shutter was 2 months over promised time, Also the sales representative NEVER mentioned that we would never ever again be able to remove the screens from outside or inside nor open the double hung bottom portion inward effectively enough to clean the windows Also they will not return your calls about solutions, We’ve texted & called many times with NO RESPONSE, Very unprofessional

The salesman recommended the shutters with the control lever on the inside. I now can not open both the window and the shutter at the same time. The salesman should have informed me of this problem. Not happy.

I had shutters install in 2017. I believe this company had just started up. The quality of the shutters was exceptional and the pricing was reasonable. However, the customer service aspect was lacking. Calls were not returned, promises were not kept, and I had an argument with Tim about the lack of customer service. In every business, every employee is part of “customer service”. It is not a department.

Shutters had scratches on them after installing when I called for repair response was poor and I was given some instructions to rectify situation that was not effect. Not pleased with blinds or customer service

Love the new shutters installed last year. Have made numerous phone calls to have you give me an estimate on 2 other bedroom windows. I have received no return call. I have been researching other company's for the job. Sorry.

We wish we could given a better rating, however, because the measurements were taken incorrectly to begin with, we suffered the consequences by waiting for another delivery from China, being rescheduled several times, and ultimately paying in full for an incomplete job. The finishing touches, although small, we were abandoned by them not calling to schedule the final correction. We could not recommended them in good faith for poor quality control as so many neighbors have requested. Evidently and sadly, you get what you pay for. The first shutter company we used was priced higher but they completed the work professionally and showed up to make sure that everything was as expected.

Thanks for the honest feedback. What were the exact issues with the shutters? If you're still having issues we would gladly get them taken care of for you. There is a lifetime warranty and we should've honored it in a timely fashion.
Sales rep was nice but wait time ridiculous at 9 weeks! Then. I called for adjustment and was told they would not be in my area for awhile so I had a handy man do it. Finally, I wanted to order again for one window but was told “ one window isn’t worth us coming down there
