The shutters and the install were great. The only thing is you better be sure that you want them cause there’s no changing your mind. I have two homes and I decided not to do the condo at the same time. They had left my property and already cashed the check so there’s no going back that’s why they do not take credit cards so that you cannot dispute them. I wrote the check around 4:30 pm called early the next morning and it was too late to cancel anything. The check had already been deposited and the order put in they said within that small amount of time. Just be sure this is what you want because there’s no turning back with this company.

I hope that you have acquired a license & insurance, ie, for entrance into condominiums. If not, I hope that your salespeople make that explicitly clear prior to purchasing, rather than after. I thank you for offering a full refund, as well as, working with the company that actually installed my blinds.

The product is decent, but it took almost 6 months for them to come in and communication was very sparse while waiting for updates.

I’m stilllwaiting for my last shutter that was ordered last April. Per Dawn should be here this month. Year later. Also several adjustments need to be done on blinds that are installed. Dawn is aware of my issues. I hope they are resolved soon.....

I have tried calling a few times to have somebody come and look to repair one of my shutters that was installed it doesn’t close and the other two they weren’t cooked properly I never heard back from anybody I would appreciate a call back 561-213-2737

The installers left screws on floor. Some window frames were screwed together from top to bottom so you could not see the screws. Some were screwed from the sides, so you can see the screw heads from the sides. Overall though, the shutters are very nice.

Installation of our shutters was stalled due to Covid , after months of waiting, they were finally installed. We had a problem with one set of shutters afterward, it again took a while to get them back over here. They are fixed and shutters seem to be ok. They look great !

1- Missing shutters on the two bathroom windows. 2- We received the wrong order for the master bedroom window, it took more than six months to get the replacement, then found out they duplicate the shower windows instead of ordering my master T post window 🤦🏻‍♀️ 3- Sorry to say this, but it was a terrible experience. 4- Communication (Not good )

I love my shutters except two that are 72" wide. There are 2 shutters but should have been 4. They are difficult to open, I have to lift and support them because of their weight. I feel the gentleman that measured should have known better and ordered 4.

Shutter install went ok but some of the shutters are sloppy and don’t stay open. Tried to get a service call scheduled repair but no replies to my email. Disappointing

Crew was great. But...I feel we were mislead on the lead times. Shutters were nearly 6 weeks later than the sales person (owner) had promised at our initial meeting.

Shutters took much longer to arrive then originally anticipated. The quality of the shutters are very good. The wood finishing covering the track is two pieces glued together. You can see the seam, and I thought for the money I paid you could have done better.

If you are not in a hurry to have your shutters then I would say this company if OK. We ordered our shutters and they were a few months out which we knew, but because of the price we were willing to wait. Well, we waited and when they arrived one of the shutters didn't fit, and we were told there was nothing they could do to fast track our order even though the person who took the measurement mis-measured. We again waited a few months for delivery and when it finally arrived the day of the install, the installers didn't have all the parts. We had to wait to be scheduled yet another time until finally, they got it right. The shutters are beautiful and priced well. It's the service time that is lacking, and this was not COVID related.

Your company came to finally replace the caulking that did not set. The caulking you replaced it with also did not set on one side after being left alone to dry for 4 days. I had to go to Home Depot and buy a better product and fix it myself. The caulking you use ( in a bathroom setting) is inferior and unless you fix this problem you will continue to have people complain.
