He's exceptionally knowledgeable on the product and was extremely helpful and picking out the width of the shutter panels and the outside trim they put on. The day they come in they call you to schedule an install. When they come to your home they are quick and efficient. One of mine had a crack in it and after I notified the company they immediately re-ordered it and had it installed very quickly. The customer service aspect allows me to give this the highest possible reading. Any company can install shutters. It takes a great company to stand by their product and have amazing customer service”
