“We ordered our shutters right before the pandemic thus shutting everything down. We moved into our home late March and our shutters didn’t arrive until July. However, we were in constant communication with the company and I knew at everypoint where my shutters where as far as production, shipping and arrival. Once my shutters arrived the installation team was in and out of our home within and hour and a half. Cleaned the shutters if any speck of dirt or dust was on it and clean the area of the window. So yes, I would recommend this company at any given date.”
