“Boiler Installation seemed to go okay. Although new valve on radiator blew the radiator and it had to be removed, with no replacement. Additionally, the boiler was plugged into mains as the electrician failed to turn up and wire the boiler in and set up Nest.”

“From my first approach to the Company for a "quote" I have received first class, professional service from knowledgeable but friendly staff. As we proceeded with the contract it became evident that the Company's operation was very efficient and I was never in any doubt about where we were up to and what would happen next and when.
The work was completed by a great team of workers with individuals covering their particular trade/profession ie. Fitters, electrician, surveyors and builders-there was no question of any "jack of all trades". The whole team were friendly and worked well together and completed an excellent job on time. “Fast easy service.
The gentleman came on a Monday to discuss quotes, the new boiler was fitted Thursday the same week.
The only issue was the price, it is rather expensive however the 2 years 0% finance deal was so simple to arrange, it made it more worthwhile.
The boiler installers were polite, efficient and truly a credit to simply warmer”

“The gas/boiler engineer was efficient and had a builder who came and helped with my cupboard that was covering my old boiler. Only problem with signing a disclaimer is that your responsible for any damages to units etc....that's the only downside.
On the plus the work was done to a high standard, including the electrician who came and they were all very experienced tradesman. Cleaned up after themselves (I had to do my high standard of cleaning though once they'd gone!).”

“The engineers that came out to my property to replace my old boiler and complete the electrics were great very professional and I was very pleased with the work carried out. The only thing I would say is the customer service from the telephone staff was shocking. I rung them at 3pm in the afternoon after the electrician didn't turn up, and was told he couldn't come until the next day. I explained I was away with work the next day which is why I asked for the job to be completed within one day, which is what they promised but didn't happen. I was then told I had to get someone to wait in my property the next day so the electrician could complete the work. They promised I would be 1st on the list to complete the work the following day so should be with me by 9am. I got someone to wait in my property but at 10am still no sign of the electrician, I then called them and was told he is on his way. The electrician turned up at 10:30 and the person waiting in my property was then late for work. Over all the work carried out was good but the service was bad.”
“From the first phone call from Jenna to the survey with Jason graham, a really nice man who was not trying to sell me anything I didn't want, to the installation of my new boiler the engineer was brilliant got on with the job very thorough and polite through to Laura who dealt with the payments and was able to give me a little bit of advise a few days after installation with a query I had. I have had first class service very rare these days and something I have not had with British gas in years, many many thanks.”
