Customer service is of utmost importance to us and we enjoy taking the time to add attention to detail to every transaction, in store or online. In order to maintain a high level of service we must use a courier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee your parcel to arrive the following day. Unfortunately the rules with this are out of our control and it charges the same flat rate for all items in price brackets (the first bracket being £0 to £500 of value) and then additional charges for weight. We hope this clarifies our next day delivery charges and does not put you off shopping with us again in the future.

“Nice clock, which arrived quickly.
My only problem is that the glass on the front of the clock is convex, making it slightly difficult to read when light is reflecting on it....which is quite often.”

“Very quick delivery, even though we are on the west coast of Scotland. The watch is disappointing - the tidal display and the alarm function settings are impossible to read without a torch and a magnifying glass! I guess there was a reason why it seemed such good value.”
