Connectivity issues constantly ! I purchased two of these one for my 55 foot prestige and one for my 26 foot Brig inflatable tender. Both of them have the same problems sometimes they will connect to the iPad sometimes they will not. It’s hit or miss if it’s going to work or not. I have reached out to the company, and there is no support and no aftercare

I think your product is great and look forward to it arriving and using it. This review is about the experience on your website. I decided to complete the purchase based on the sale bonus which provided fir a rail and IR illuminator. It was very frustrating to have to use another form which it took me three separate attempts to submit the info (which was already provided when i purchased( and needed photo of a receipt for something i just purchased on your own website. In addition i received NO confirmation that my info was accepted and shipping confirmation on the bonus items and still don't know if they are being processed. For those that purchase on you’re site the bonus items should be added at checkout. Please can someone confirm the the bonus items are ordered and will be shipped. When i receive the products and test them i will write a honest review. Thank you

I would not rate my latest purchasing experience very high . I responded to an email advertisement that told me that if I purchased a pro model that I would receive the Picatinny rail and the IR flashlight. At the order page there was no mention of the additions. There was no coupon code, which would be considered fairly normal. I did see something that asked me to fill out the info, and the Products would be shipped to me in an additional six weeks. I did not consider that to be necessarily good practice on their part, and I have not received any confirmation that I actually will be receiving the additional products. I also tried to talk with someone using the chat feature on the website and there was no one to chat with. All in all I would not say happy with the experience. I would like to hear from the company that the deal I expected will indeed be delivered, or else I may return the product.

I like the camera and it works great, I just wish it had instructions with it. I cant find them on your website..

I called so many time to help on my LR light I order and my camra but no one ever call me back on help me on my product. Finally I give up ..!

Customer service has been good, but so far I've had two defective products shipped to me. Hopefully the third one isn't broken on arrival. The third one appears to work. I compared it with a $15 IR flashlight that I bought, which is 850 nm. Both are equally bright on the camera and the cheaper light has a square beam when you zoom way in, but I personally don't mind it. The cheaper light also has a more uniform beam at wider angles. The other light won't attach to the rail mount adapter, which is a downside, but unless you really need the more covert 950 nm, I don't see how the Sionyx light is worth the price.`
