“Exclusive Products. Great EU Delivery Service. However, some latest product releases are not available on the website. (I order Neostrata, Exuviance and Jan Marini products mainly, and some of the new releases in the US are not available on effortless-skin.com). Regarding customer service, I've have very mixed experience. One was great, fast and efficient. As for the other one (missing product in my package!) I NEVER got an answer to my email...so it was very disappointing, especially considering I was already a long term customer!”
