LEAKED DATA *beware* (Filthy Bastards) The same thing happened to me that others are talking about. Got a pop-up message on my screen when in the Skip App saying there had been a data leak and thousands of accounts were compromised. Skip also sent me an email saying there had been unusual login activity on my account. THEN all these orders were placed in a different city and while Skip admitted they know it wasn't me, they're refusing to refund the charges and said go to your credit card and they'll deal with it. THANKS FOR NOTHING

SKIP SKIP!!! FRAUD ALERT!!! AWFUL!! My “secure” account was hacked and the scammers changed the default language so I couldn’t even understand it. They also changed the city, address and phone number. Finally, they placed a huge order in my name. I watched on the app, the little car drive towards this address as I frantically searched the web for Skip’s phone number. Yeah good luck finding that. I finally got a chat going, but the bot (sadly not a human) wasn’t fast enough to stop the delivery, and the payment went through. Through the bot, I was able to attain the phone #, followed by countless useless calls and emails. I could never reach the same employee twice and ended up talking to 8 different people. They kept assuring me that my privacy and satisfaction was of their utmost priority, though in the end, after a day of back and forth, in the end refused my refund. “For my security, they don’t keep my credit card on file so they can’t apply the refund to my credit card”? The hacker had no problem finding my credit cars! Nice “security”. I offered to give Skip my credit card number so they could apply the credit to it and they said no! What!!?? Further, how could they possibly deny a refund after THEY suspending my account for suspicious activity???? THEY’RE the ones who notified me of this suspicious activity in the first place!! I’m out a whole lot of money and a full day of my life I’ll never get back, talking to these useless employees. Do yourself a favour and DELETE YOUR APP IMMEDIATELY! Or don’t download it in the first place!

absolute worst service ever. i’ve had passive aggressive delivery drivers before but never one being outright hostile. i live on residence at my university and the exact place can be hard to find so i have specific instructions that are very clear and always work for all the drivers. yesterday, my driver was not listening to me, did not speak english well, and started yelling at me when he couldn’t find me. i ended up hanging up on him because he was being so rude and asked for a refund from skip because he was 15 minutes late at this point. he ended up showing up 5 minutes later after he finally listened to my instructions and then continued to not give me my food to instead tell me how this is my fault and the best part is i have video evidence.

Bunch of scammers. Driver was really late, our food ended up being cold and soggy by the time we got it and they wouldn’t issue me a refund. I tried contacting customer service for help and went through 4 people to only have them block me so I can’t contact them anymore. They need to be out of business!

I will not use this service again. I was trying to support the drivers during this pandemic but the service is so bad that I can’t repeat the experience. The order took over an hour and a half. I called the restaurant and they said they had already sent the food with the driver. Using the app, I watched the driver sitting for 15 mins on a street, not even on the route to my address. Then I had an online chat with the skip the dishes helpline to inform them. They sent a new driver and he didn’t even bother to show up after that and they stopped the app from tracking his whereabouts. I was given a full refund and a promised a 5$ coupon (which never came, not that I would use the service again). They charge 6$ delivery fee and 7$ fee to the driver and both are simply not worth it with this kind of terrible service.

The agents will leave you on the chat for 20 mins without a response and tell you that you are linked with multiple accounts and block you instead of actually coming up with a solution. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, I will never order from SkipTheDishes again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! the driver had my food for an hour and half and they wouldn't even give me money back for it, instead they suspend my account for asking!! what is wrong with these people. they need to be shut down!!! they are stealing money from people not to mention they have made orders from my card that I didn't make, VERY VERY SKETCHY SITE!! do not order. trust me.

Driver never called when food arrived, I was charged for order even though I didn't receive. When I called to complain they locked my account along with my $25 gift certificate that was on it. I emailed and was told it was too bad and they wouldn't so anything. So aside from being out $49 for my lunch order they also stole my $25 gift card ! Never again!

If I could get a zero I would.. 2rd time ordering from skip the dishes on Fri evening.. I put my order @ 10:28.. then I got a txt letting me know 20mins later to let me know that my order was on it's way.. driver was 13mins from my place.. so I waited.. waited.. 20mins.. 1/2hr 45mins.. nothing.. but the app told me that it was delivered @ 10:26 when I actually put my order @ 10:28!! I called the 1-855# and the people who answered were all punjabi.. barelay speaking English & sounded like they were sleepy.. the first person told me she would call the courier & called me back.. she never did.. so I called again.. this guy answered told me the same thing.. but the called me back 20mins to let me know he couldn't get a hold of the courier & would have to investigate.. then the line dropped.. and of course between all of this the restaurant had closed.. so then I called the 757# that the guy before had called me from.. so I called again.. another guy answered.. when I told him about wat happened he told me that I had called the UK skip the dishes which wasnt true at all because that # was a BC#.. so he told me he would have to transfer me to Canada.. wat a freakin joke.. I have been bounce around.. treated extremely poorly..I was do angry & upset.. the next morning I called the restaurant & they told me my order had never been picked up.. yet the app said my order was picked up actually 2mins before I actually put my order in. Then When I called after to get a refund they emailed me to confirm it.. but then I emailed them back 3times actually.. cuz I couldn't access the account I had ordered from.. becer gotten a reply from them.. Extrenely poor customer service.. the Worse I have Ever encounter!!!! U guys are going down w a 1. 8 star.. pretty pathetic.. I am not the only one going through this. I communicate by phone, chat, emails.. all useless!! Suppose to get a refjngmd between 4-5 days.. we'll see. My good friends got scammed $600 from them!! BEWARE OF THEM PEOPLE!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Tks for nothing.

Skip the dishes has become a complete waste of time and money spent by millions of it's customers who want to order food online and return they get dissatisfaction from skip the dishes employees. Same situation happened with me lads year. As usual o ordered my food once online through skip the dishes and the delivery guy didn't check the details of how many food items I had requested to deliver. He left the incomplete food order at my door step. Also he didn't handle the food properly which caused in dripping of food liquid from packings. When I called these dumbfucks (Skip The Dishes) to tell my bad experience and refund my money they didn't help me and Infact they put me in blacklist. Whosoever the owner of this skip the dishes is and the people who are working I. This company are all dumbfucks and don't apply brains in what work they do. I just don't order any more food from Skip The Dishes as I found the best alternative to be doordash. Skip The Dishes has only become famous in recent times because the people who do not have any jobs because of pandemic they are delivering food through skip the dishes and earning money and that is it. The original reason of skip the dishes's existence has vanished. They have made it only for money making.

I have had numerous negative experiences with Skip the Dishes. This most recent one however will be my last. Skip the Dishes took money out of my bank account on February 22, 2021. This was after I cancelled an order on February 21, 2021. The afternoon of February 21 I had to use the "cancel order" feature on the Skip website. The website provided feedback informing me that my order had successfully been canceled. February 22 I checked my account balance online and found a debit from Skip the Dishes. It is dated February 22, 2021. I logged onto my Skip the Dishes account to view the order history. That order is listed as canceled. I initiated a chat session on Skip the Dishes' website. I have an emailed transcript of that conversation. I also contacted the fraud department of my bank and was talking live with a representative during much of the chat session. During that chat session I was given false information by the skip representative. I was also expected to accept skip credits instead of a refund. I insisted on a refund. The skip rep told me that a refund had been processed but I would have to wait 5 to 10 days for the refund to show up on my bank account. I informed the rep that this wasn't acceptable. I was then informed that it was my banking institutions policy and not the fault of Skip the Dishes. I asked the fraud department rep, whom I was talking to live on the phone, if the statement regarding refund polices was correct. He said it was false. He also informed me several times that no pending refund was showing up on my account. He said that if there was a refund pending they could swiftly move to resolve the issue and push the refund forward. I asked the fraud rep if it was normal for a pending refund to take so much time. He said no but not entirely impossible either but that it was odd nonetheless. When these facts about the delay time and lack of pending refund were presented by me to the skip rep the chat session was ended. Not by me but by the skip rep. That person just simply ended the session. I have no idea now if I'm getting refunded. The phone number listed for Skip the Dishes is out of service and goes to a third party telephone directory service. I can't believe how poor the customer service is at Skip the Dishes. I won't be using them from here on. I would just like stories like mine to go public. Perhaps that is what it will take for Skip the Dishes to stop operating in such an arrogant manner.

SkipTheDishes has to the worst delivery service ever. Couriers never delivery my order. I have experienced this twice and it’s frustrating. I wish they would spend money on updating the app with a feature to chat with the courier, instead of spending money on those annoying commercials. I do not recommend using this service. Stick to Ubereats or DoorDash.

Waited for 1.5hours for my order with no update, then skip team tells me driver Raghav is on his way and I waited for another 40min. After 40min driver get flat tire (or free food) and my order is not delivered. Have been on hold on Their call centre for 1hr, started chat with 3 people from skip team - Vamba, Swaranjeet and Kavleen and all three have been equally poor in providing basic customer service. Uninstalling their app. Worst service, liars, worst csr team!

Extremely poor service. I WAS WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS...Online app showed the food has been picked up by the driver..but upon inquiry with the restaurant the food was not even picked up..waited for almost 30 mins on the call to speak to a csr rep..no one picked up..final result no food...escalation..and no refund!..Will never order again using Skip the Dishes..I would rename the company as skip the company.

more than once a driver will tag the order as delivered while no-one comes to the door.. lol, they do refund you, but you waste a whole lot of time.

Driver delivered to the wrong house next door i didn't have time to get dressed and run over, cause im waiting for delivered food and wearing pjs. Customer service didn't even offer to replace the order, instead they just accepted it and move on. Horrible customer service bunch of crooks.
