“I ordered through this company 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten my merchandise through Sezzle! I also needed my hair for a loved ones funeral! And the merchant hasn’t responded. At this point I want Sezzle to release my order so, I can reorder with another vendor! Very dissatisfied they should definitely resolve this!”

“Ordered hair from them 2 months ago still haven’t received it I asked about a refund no answer... kept getting the run around about my package being shipped now 3 months later still no hair. This place is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I would have given them 0 stars if I could”

“Horrible customer service! I received an email on 9/16 asking if I had received my package yet. Of course I had not. Every since I have been trying to get in contact with the company about canceling my order and finally heard from them on 9/21 saying that the could not cancel my order because they are waiting on the courier to pick up the package. We had a back and forth and all the messages were deleted but luckily I tool screenshots. Messaged them this morning and the are still saying that they are waiting on the courier to pick up the package. I will be filing a dispute. Horrible customer service.”

“DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE, THEY HAVE 2 names SLAYQUEEN AND NORIENORIE.com I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING A WEEK AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED IT IN 2-3 days as promised I emailed and chat and even went on Instagram they deleted my comments and blocked me from the page then said they would give me a refund if my order wasn’t shipped and I been asking for a refund for the last 3 days then boom I get a txt 5 mins later that it was shipped...went to shipping they only created a label so they wouldn’t give me a full refund they are scammers using black peoples pictures to make money do not purchase anything from this site”

“I ordered my hair last week , it was SlayQueen hair now they are Noir Noir Hair, I have read all review and this is the worst company ever, no responses and when they did it was to twll me they made a label which I could clearly see and just sitting there in Baltimore Maryland- NEVER AGAIN”

“Worst experience And biggest mistake I’ve ever had in making a hair purchase. I ordered on May 16 and got my order on June 6th. They stated they had no issues with shipping but yet my order took 22 days to arrive. I paid a extra $100 to get hair density added to my wig and got a plain thin wig with horrible texture for over $430.00. I was very dissatisfied. When I emailed about getting my order corrected I got the run around, no one replied to me, When I finally did get a reply they stated they were waiting for upper management to tell me the next step to take and this would take 48 hours. I waited patently for them to get back to me. It’s been 6 days now and still no one has replied back to me after I have been continuously reaching out to them to make the correction. After not getting a reply through email I sent a DM message on Instagram and I was blocked. $430 down the drain. Take my advice and do not order from them you will regret it. On top of all that the hair is thin and have horrible texture. I honestly can’t believe this is the way I was treated by this company. They are a bunch of crooks that’s stealing ppl hard earned money.”

“Don’t buy from them it’s a scam I waited a month to get my hair and when I did it’s not even what I ordered they are a scam the hair I got looks synthetic and it came in a plastic bag for 400$. As you see in the pictures what I ordered is no where near what I got I don’t wven know what to do with it I won’t be installing it”

“It’s been two weeks still haven’t received my closure or any response i got an email saying it was being shipped 5 days ago still haven’t shipped out yet my birthday is Saturday i needed my closure to complete my look i will never order from them again I’m about to do a fraud claim threw my bank now so sad and very unprofessional never again”
