“So for everyone who placed an order and didn’t receive it how did you get your money back ? I have been calling and emailing for over a week now. I wany my money !”

“I'm a frequent buyer of virgin hair and always open to try new vendors. I came across Slay Queen and gave it a shot. I ordered the Peruvian wavy hair and as soon as I got it installed, it was so frizzy, and the curl pattern was so crazy. So I straightened it out and it was fine, aside from the problems I have with the shedding. My natural hair is a color 4, and the hair blended so well. But, personally I probably won't purchase again.- spent way too much money on 3 bundles that were just doing the most.”

“I ordered with slay queen twice.. 1.You will never. Ever. Get a response from customer service of any kind. 2.My hair did arrive within a timely manner. 3. Peruvian body wave was nice good soft texture, but quite stringy.. although it was 24+ In. in length, but still.. very stringy. Shed over time. But looked good for about 3 months 4. Brazilian Deep curly texture is dry and rough, even after trimming and deep conditioning...but looks great from a distance! U get what u pay for basically..”

“The wefts were too small for the hairdresser to sew on as she would have liked. The hair is very stiff and rough without moisturizer. it doesn't tangle or shed that much.”

“When I first started ordering bundles the hair quality was great. Once I began buying the 3/$100 bundles, the hair quality seemed different. Once I received hair that had been dyed black. I don’t know if they changed suppliers but they need to go back to what they were selling about a years ago.”

“Ordered 3 bundles (18,20,22)and a closure (14) of the exotic curly hair. Shipping was alright. I can't remember exactly how long it took to get to me. When I received the hair, it was labeled as "Water Wave". Tried to contact someone about this issue, and they never got back to me. I checked their Instagram page and saw a couple other females had the same problem. I cowashed the hair and it was extremely soft and no shedding. I've had the hair in for about 2 months and it still has its curl. When going to bed, I braided the hair down and slept with a satin scarf and satin bonnet on. In the morning, I would take out the braids and spray the hair with just water and add a little anti-frizz oil. This hair is very low maintenance. I will purchase this hair texture from this company again.”

“I ordered hair and my hair is awesome! However I told my mother to order some as well and she has still not recieved it and we are still waiting to hear from someone! As well the phone number on the site doesn't work!! Overall the hair is of great quality if you can get it!!”

“My first order was fantastic. The hair was great. It was easy to dye, held its curl but it did shed a little. That was an easy fix. My problem with Slay Queen happened when I placed my second order. They cancelled my order because they had the wrong price up. Instead of letting me order the way the price way listed for over a month on their website then fixing it after. They tried to charge me 100$ more for something that was their problem. Customer service needs help. They were very rude and did nothing to help a problem they caused.”
