“Horrible customer service, was was sent the wrong merchandise. Tried to reach out through emails and calls so the issue can be fixed it's been 2 months now and recieved no response. Company unprofessional”

“It sheds like crazy so my hair is so thin right now I can’t wear it down and it not even really curly and I got curly hair I’m so disappointed but I learned my lesson I’m not going to sly queen hair any more”

“They sent me two different textures of hair and tried to tell me they were the same-they wouldn’t correct the problem. Idiots. So I was left with a curly frontal & wavy bundles -_- Might I add the hair is terrible. It matts up, it is rough, and it is ugly. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS JANKY COMPANY-EVER!!!!!”

“I ordered hair from this company about 3 weeks ago. I received the hair a week later. when i opened the package they had sent me the wrong order. I had ordered Burmese exotic curly hair and the closure to match. I got the right closure but the bundles were body wave. i called customer service multiple time to get my correct hair. i have to call the, four days straight for them to send me my tracking number. i sent the hair back and tried to call them agaon to let them know i had done so. but once again NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK, NO EMAIL REPLY. At this point i just want my money back! so now they have my hair and my money! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!!”

“The quality packaging and the hair upon arrival are professionally done. Shipping was in a timely matter. Communication of tracking was good. The packaging clearly states each type and length of each bundle and frontal. The quality of the hair is very good to touch and very manageable. After my initial co-wash before my install, the hair is still in great condition. There is minimal shedding and tangles, which are to be expected with a deep curl and the lengths I've purchased. The hair only requires the basic maintenance and up-keep thus far.”

“The hair is very thin. I had to purchase more hair to try and make the hair look full. I ordered straight Peruvian but the hair did not feel like Peruvian and it was not true to the lengths I ordered, (16",18",18" with a 14" Frontal). I won't be ordering hair from queen slay anymore or recommending queen slay hair to anyone. I did like the mesh of the frontal, that was the only good thing about the hair. I just installed the hair so I'm not sure about shedding as yet or tangles. The hair does not take heat well AT ALL it's the most difficult hair to flat iron.”

“Customer service / hair. My order was supposed to arrive within in 6 business days. You guys told me the day before the 6th business day that it would come so I made my hair apt . It didn't so I bought new hair and had it over nighted. I told them about you guys and they waived the shipping fee. Good thing I bought new hair because your hair was not what I expected .. the ends were super thin and dry . The curl pattern was not the same as the pictures . I've told one of you before on ig that I noticed you guys post pics of other females saying it's one curl pattern then under the next pic you'll say something totally different . That's one sign I should've considered . Another red flag the REVIEWS ON YOUTUBE . I should've looked at them before waisting my money. And one last thing STOP posting pics of females who aren't wearing your hair. I've wrote them and asked and all 3 said they have hair from you but the pic you guys posted wasn't your hair they were wearing at the time. Thanks again for NOTHING !”

“I purchased 3bundles and 1 360closure of exotic wave. The closure looks good it has perfect fullness pre plucked,etc. But when I got it installed the wave pattern fell. The hair is beyond tangled, when I run my finger through it (yes from bottom to top) to get them out,it comes out drastiically in big clumps. Worst than synthetic! Once their all out,minutes later it's tangles again. It looks like a big puffy for until wet. When it's wet it looks pretty but spoons it stories it's back to a puffy frizzball. My total purchase came to $270 with shipping and I am completely disappointed because of this loss. Never again will I order again from here.”

“17 days no delivery. Spoken to delivery company and it's in hold at the moment due to 'slayhair' not paying correct charges. Considering I've paid £200!!! I'm disgusted. Ofcourse no reply from 'slay hair'.”

“Hair was beautiful in pics and when it arrived! The very next day after installing, it diligently tangles horribly! ,frizzy&puffy! So many strands&strands comes out all day everyday. It only looks presentable when wet. I am so disappointed to have to order new hair within 1week! . It's just as bad as synthetic!!! Will be posting pics soon”

“The hair was very soft but the bundles are thin and I bought Brazilian deep wave but the longer bundles had more of a loose wave pattern. Very disappointed.”
