Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Our sofa came delivered with a huge dent in the back, I sent photos and was first offered 80 pounds discount or to send someone to fix it. I sent them photos and explained that the timber was broken, and that when we tried to pull the dent out it would only flex the other way. In order to fix it they would have to cut the fabric and replace the timber - which would leave a visible seam. AND WE BOUGHT A NON-BROKEN sofa!! I then got back; how big of a discount would you accept. And I said again; we would like a new non broken product. Like we’ve paid for. I then get back that they’re willing to give me 200 pounds off, but I’m keeping the sofa. I went back and said again, this is a faulty product, not what we ordered. Again I get the option of either accepting 210 pound discount or they could send someone. At this point I gave up. Rubbish! I can’t believe they’re still in business. In comparison, this has happened once before, and the company sent someone to collect the broken item AND they replaced it with a new. No hassle.

Faulty sofa received, numerous emails to get a refund , was even accused of damaging sofa ! Company put it down to miscommunication their end . Had to contact manager who was made to intervene under the threat of getting in contact with trading standards and my bank Avoid

Very upset . As a single divorced female the sofa guys dumped the sofa in the passage blocking entrance in the flats when it was meant to be helped up . When told the chap where’s the other guy to help you he shrugged his shoulders . I had to pay someone to lift the sofas will be making a complaint

I bought a bed sofa and chair from this company last year, when it was delivered the driver did not speak English, the driver bashed the sofa against my walls and doors causing damage, I was unable to check if any the items were damaged as the driver left like a bat out of hell. I recently removed the loose covers to wash them and found 1 small piece of paper that mentions that the filling and fabric meet 1988 fire regulations, my understanding is a label must be sewn onto the furniture as a legal requirement. I will be contacting trading standards, do not buy from this company.

the sofa arrived and was dragged into our house by anon english speaking driver who left immediately on unpacking we noticed a big rip on the underside of the sofa.We then had five months of trying to obtain a repair or a return,we received neither,this is a firm to avoid at all costs,they also accused us of racism when we pointed out 50%of there 5 star reviews are made from people with surnames of a similar origin to there staff and drivers.

Ordered Sofa and it arrived damaged. Eventually received an e-mail telling us that our case is closed and that will not collect the damaged sofa and return our money. We are now going to take legal action against them.

You took money from my account and then didn't process the order, it is non existent on my 'account'. You do not answer the phone when I call...at any time, so you have STOLEN my money and I cannot contact you.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wanted to return sofa (for valid, legal reason) and they wouldn’t respond to calls or emails and when they did it was just “case closed”. Customer service only work 1 or 2 days a week and you can never speak to anybody - they are obviously not based in the Uk as they claim (or at least not customer service). We spoke to citizens advice who said they are aware of this company and stated they are acting incorrectly. We have reported them to trading standards. We have done a county court judgement which we won. This has now been escalated. If you view their records though they currently have multiple outstanding claims against them which they have not settled!! Outrageous and had we had any sort of customer service we may move on but given the terrible terrible dealings with them then we will be continuing to make our legal claim against them!

My sofa turned up with a split in the side after callling I was told to email so I emailed pictures as requested and they can back saying “the picture show a cut using a metal blade so it’s your fault” and now will not return my emails I would not recommend I tried to save some money by buying a cheaper sofa and didn’t work out
