They sent the right item in the wrong colour then delayed sending a pre-paid returns label and despite receiving returned item on 23 June 2022 have not yet issued a refund. Terrible customer service I would not recommend

I'm lucky it was only a waste of time. Ordered and paid with PayPal, my account was charged. Got an email from Smallable that they couldn't process the order without a photo/copy of a personal identification document and a credit card...a second form of payment! after funds had already been transferred via PayPal! Email and web site have a bunch of condescending language about how that practice is "common in Europe". It is not. Tried to cancel the order, no response from Smallable (except for a bunch of "no longer a valid address" returned emails). Had to open a dispute with PayPal (PayPal has great customer service, and the rep even said that what Smallable asked for was a huge red flag). Got my money back after a week (Smallable didn't respond to PayPal either). I'm lucky it was just a waste of time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of womens shoes and received a childrens bookbag. I have called multiple times and emailed even more. I received ONE email from a lady named Leslie and once I replied back with the image of the bookbag I was sent and she never responded again. I emailed her multiple times after this exchange and no response. My multiple phone calls have ended in promised emails with ZERO emails to follow!

Poorly packed items, some of which were broken on arrival; however, they won’t take anything back because the delivery was accepted and not immediately sent back with the carrier. Items were okay, definitely did not live up to expectations. Especially for the price. Scratches on some of the dishes and cutlery. Visible glue on a ceramic item. Also paid $55 shipping and $80 C.O.D. (different than customs) which implies that Smallable never paid the full shipping, requiring Canada Post to collect the shipping cost as C.O.D. That’s an insane amount of shipping for something that wasn’t even packaged correctly. I wish I had seen these reviews before. I rarely ever leave reviews for anything but want anyone tempted to buy from them to look elsewhere and save your money!

I ordered a bed from smallables. Two and a half weeks after shipment (for supposedly 5-7 day delivery) bed has still not arrived. Having called smallables daily there is the promise of follow up with courier and to contact me later in the day which never happens. There is no ownership or escalation the customer service is truly horrendous if something goes wrong. Having shopped multiple times with smallables I will never purchase from them sgain

Pleas avoid this website!!! I placed an order and the sent me a tracking number that stated the package was deliver a month before. When I called they gave me the run around! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered items worth more than 500 euros, my credit card was charged the same day. 23 days late have not received any item of my order, I have been trying to contact them with no luck. This is outrageous for online shopping of 2022. If I was a supplier to Smallable I would stop my cooperation immediately. I have asked for a refund but have not yet received anything.

For a Canadian order shipping charged then additional customs charges more than the profit was worth. Was charged twice with these customs charges because they delivered 3 of the same product as 2 shipments. One shipment with one bottle. The other shipment for the other 2 bottles. All of the same product. Do not order if out of the country!!!!

Very misleading company who provide horrible products and have an appalling returns policy with non-customer service should the product ( which I had to do) be returned. The product images online are very misleading. The quality of the product I received was not a $100-looking product but one that should have cost $30 maximimum if not less. Smallables customer service failed to address or assist or reply with any help to my emails but chose to stonewall at arms length with a scripted vague unhelpful repetitive reply ….basically I’m lumbered with a wasteful shoddy product I do not want and sending back is a charge costing more than the product itself. Smallables have no real returns policy… basically if you pay for the product you have to keep it as the cost of return exceeds the cost of the actual product, therefore the returns policy is misleading, dishonest, unacceptable and …a scam. I gave Smallables every opportunity to reply and rectify the problem (as most viable Brands that ship internationally provide a discounted rate of return or free returns ) however they prefer to ‘take the money and run’ for short term gain rather then nurture consumers who will allow them to grow their Brand and Business for long term success. I value and definitely support small businesses but Smallables should become Minuscule’s or better still Invisible’s based on this experience. Reputation and reviews are everything in a very competitive online marketplace. Thanks for reading.

Unfortunately I should have listened to these reviews. Their customer service is horrendous. I have never experienced anything like this with other foreign retailers. I purchased 1 item which was too large and have spent so much time and energy trying to return it. I am literally out half the amount i spent on the item on just the shipping and return fees! $$$! They simply refuse to take the return once the package got to their warehouse and sent it back! Mindblowingly ridiculous. Save your $$$ and spend it elsewhere. Disreputable and dishonest.

I placed an order for my granddaughters on November 29th for Christmas, they charged my credit card immediately for the order, over$650,I did not recieve the merchandise as of December 16th, so I contacted the company. They responded that they canceled my order due to the Christmas rush, and would not be able to fulfill the order, one week before Christmas! Such bad business practice, I will not order from them again.

shitty experience. Bought a few clothes but found out only after a few hours that one of the products had a price drop by $12. Asked why it happened and requested a price match but customer service just said price changes with time and stock and they cannot do anything with the price of the order that's been made!!

The absolute worst!!!!!!! First off all my order took months to receive. They didn't notify me that it was on back order. I had to notify them to inquire where my order was to find this out. I received a damaged item costing close to $1,400. I immediately contacted the company to see about having the item replaced. I heard back initially with an apology and then nothing from them to resolve the situation. I emailed again and no response. Finally I had to dispute the order through my credit card company. Buyer beware, stay away

Beautifull clothing but be aware! If you have a complaint they don't do anyting! I bought a Claris Virot bag (original price 560,-) in sale but still paid 343,42. Worn it 1 day, my knit from Sessun (245,-) was completely ruined due to rubbing off on my knit. Stains allover the knit. Explenation is that suede can rubb-of (but the strap did as well so the coloring is done correctly). I'm already in contact with them for over 6 week but nothing is happening, only stories that people are on holiday. I don't care, I'm customer of Smallable and they should solve it. It's not difficult to build a webstore with beautifull brands, it's difficult to keep your customers happy! Smallable is not succeeding. I would buy somewhere else where customer IS indeed king!

Terrible. DO not purchase anything from them. It is not a WYSIWYG. Product cheap not like image. When you return the product for the refund they say they can’t locate the return despite proof and no refund. Save yourself. Buyer beware

HORRIBLE I’m so mad. Avoid this company please, I wish I did. So I payed and ordered 4 items got only 3, do they care? Nah. I emailed 10 times with no reply, on instagram they keep sending the same automatic messages. It’s been more than a week and I guess I have to accept being bamboozled

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Absolutely horrible and confusing user interface where you don't even know the order went through. The customer service was the worst.
