“I'll start with I'm a authorized Briggs dealer. I got the engine I wanted for a better price and it was on my door step in 2 days I belive. I'll also add some time ago someone over there was very helpful looking into options for a John Deere 318 for me. You guys had a whole set up that I was very interested in. We ended up rebuilding the Onan but your set up was the fall back plan. Thank you. Highly recommended and I'll be back agian.”

“I contacted Small Engine Warehouse to see if they could help me repower my Scag 52 inch walk behind mower. After giving my model number, they gave me the motor that would fit and the price. I ordered it, and they said it’d most likely come after Christmas, which was fine with me. As I’m sitting in my chair the next day, I see a large box exiting a UPS truck. I was absolutely amazed by the quickness and the packaging. However, as I opened the packaging, I realized there was a muffler gasket missing. So I had to go out and by another one, but nonetheless. I’m very satisfied with this company and I can’t wait to do further business.”

“Dustin Flynn did a great job identifying a replacement and alternative engines that would work for me. Robbin and Mandy (customer service) were very helpful in trying to resolve an issue that occurs when ordering on the website and trying to use Sezzle. If billing address and ship to address are not the same, then Small Engine website doesn't feed that info back to Sezzle. Thus you can't utilize the the 3 month no interest offer from Sezzle. Problem is with S.E.W. website I guess. I had to order with a credit card. It was unfortunate that it couldn't get resolved, but the employees did all they could to help, but it didn't fix it for me and so I was a little dissatisfied, due to the number of calls, the amount of time and not being able to utilize the Sezzle offer from my side.”
