“Easy to use and very effective reaching our supporters. Only thing that could improve is the reporting, it required some sleuthing to work out which replies came from which recipient.”

“Though it has a simplistic appearance, it does exactly what it's designed to do. Perhaps it could be updated to make importing and searching contacts easier, but overall a solid product. Showing which users have unsubscribed without looking at the phone is also a big help as it enables us to take them out of our mailing list instantly.”

“Have only used the service for a few weeks but so far so good. The initial setup for SMS status took a little while due to the communication lag caused by the time difference between the UK and Australia, but the staff were very helpful and once we had the correct url in place everything clicked.”

“Our company have been using SMS broadcast for a few weeks now and it has saved us a huge amount of time rather than messing about with texting via personal phones we now all have acces and it is a good address book for all to log on and use.”

“SMS Broadcast is easy to configure, good value with helpful user interface and account options such as auto-top up. We have found it generally reliable. We had some users complaining that texts took around 60 seconds to arrive but this was only one or two out of around 200 MFA users. I would recommend SMS Broadcast.”
