“The service is good but it would be nice if SENT MESSAGES can be added as it helps to have history of items sent, but overall am impressed with THIS SERVICE. I use the scheduled SMS alot and it helps.”

“Well presented easy to use page, smooth and hassle free. Very economical way of contacting many people at once. I've been using for nearly a year and no server downtime, no failed deliveries. We use it to market events at our pub, and its our main advertising route”

“Great product, great reliability at a great cost. What more could you ask for. The admin element is very user friendly and the code can be implemented in minutes. The customer support is pretty good but the only thing that lets it down is not being able to pick up the phone to talk to someone when things are not quite right. Having said that we have only had a couple of issues in the year or so of using. Highly recommend.”

“Good service although it would be great to have a select all mobiles option when selecting who to send to. Just now you have to individually click each mobile you want to send to which takes ages if you have a big list!”

“We have dealt with SMS Broadcast for a year now and find them very efficient. Any problems are dealt with quickly. Pricing wise we are always looking for better deals and are yet to find anyone cheaper.”

“It works well for us. Easy to use and set up. A simple GET or POST protocol to make use of it, whereby you send your username, password, and message, and it sends it. 100% reliability for us so far. Works over http and https - using it over http is a security risk of course, because anyone can then sniff your username and password along the network and then send messages on your account - I'm surprised smsbroadcast have not made it https only. We use it https only of course, as any sensible developer would. Another criticism is that it doesn't support the escaped characters in the GSM 03.8 character set, so you can't send square brackets, backslash, tilde, Euro symbol, pipes, curly brackets etc - it loses a star for that.”
