“We ordered holidays cards Dec 2nd. They were completed December 6th and we had to pay for UPS shipping (e.g. no free shipping like other sites). Recently we began saying it coming 14, no the 15th no the 16th. It turns out UPS will not be delivery but by local USPS which takes longed. Very disappointed in the shipping component of Snapfish.”
“THE QUALITY OF SNAPFISH ORNAMENTS AND PICTURES IS VERY BAD. AND TO DEAL WITH THEM, IS ONLY VIA ONLINE CHAT, VIA A ROBOT LIKE PERSON, SO IT TAKES 30 MIN OF CHATTING TO NOT GET ANYWHERE. USE SHUTTERFLY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY”
“There is no phone number to call, only chat feature. I chatted with 3 different reps on 3 different days starting 12/19 because my order placed on 12/8 was still not created. On the first day, when they were still guaranteeing Christmas delivery, I was guaranteed 12/23 delivery. Today is Sunday 12/22 and it’s still not been processed so I don’t see how it will be delivered tomorrow. I’ve received multiple orders I’ve placed even a week later than 12/8, so this is very frustrating all of the time I’ve put into making these gifts. The best part of giving these types of items is seeing the reaction when someone opens it. This is not a shipping problem!!”
“The card I approved is not what is being printed. The text that I added was cut off. Four people looked at the card before I hit review and purchase. The text was not cut off. I spent three hours on chat yesterday, and asked them not to mail the cards. I was told by the first representative--no problem, you can edit it, and we will credit you so you can get the revised cards out. He gave me credits for less than the original order, a smaller size, and nothing for mailing which I had paid the "mail for me" charge. Then the chat disconnected. I get on with someone else, and have to go through it again, and it was cut off. This happened a third time. And then the fourth rep told me too bad, so sad, the WRONG cards are being printed and mailed. Four different people. Four different outcomes. No clear resolution. $400 spent on cards that are wrong. This is the worst experience I have ever had.”
“The photo quality is dull and it is super hard to get the card to fit into the envelope. I would think someone would test this before they were delivered. Holiday cards are pricey.”
“Avoid at all costs. Take your money, give false delivery dates and use avoidance tactics when querying where goods are. No refunds or alternate delivery dates provided just delay tactics. A scam. Avoid”
“I ordered a birthday card for a special birthday using photos I uploaded. The card arrived on time but was very poor quality - the paper used was substandard and TBH I could have printed better on my home printer. The front photo had a white line at the top where the photo had not been aligned properly. Another photo was warped making it look as though the image had superimposed over itself. The pink background colour I chose had not taken in places - so all around the edges of the card were white marks and there was a large area on the back of the card which was smudged white. I ordered an envelope to fit the card which was cheap quality (could have bought one from the post office for half the price). Used their chat facility to log a complaint - it took 3 attempts with 3 different advisors to get the issue addressed. They first of all asked if they could send another card - I explained it was too late as the birthday was the following day; they then offered me credits to use - I explained that wouldn’t be helpful as I would not be using Snapfish again. In the end they agreed a refund on the card which will take 5 working days - I will wait to see if it turns up. Finally, I ordered a fridge magnet in the same order at the same time but it hasn’t yet arrived. Will wait to see what the quality of that is like. Would not recommend.”
“Very disappointed. Very poor quality. I ordered a Collage Canvas Print. I paid a lots of money and expected my pictures to be a lot better. This is a warning to anybody that orders from them. Do not be fooled by claims of a 70% or 60% discount. Do not fall for it. I tried to call them asking for refund but no phone number or even an email.”
