“I ordered 2 prints to be framed as gifts for the holidays. I paid $150 per print and both arrived rolled, unframed. I will NEVER order from them again!”
“I ordered Christmas cards on December 4th. They were supposed to arrive on the 13th originally but then the arrival date changed to the 15th. It is now the 18th and the cards are still not here. When I check the tracking, the first problem is, the tracking isn’t updated everyday and then my cards arrived in my state one day, and the next day, they’re in another state. I contacted Snapfish and got a refund. Christmas is a week away, Snapfish’s guarantee was if you order cards & pictures by a certain date, you’re guaranteed to get them days before Christmas, and it’s all been incorrect so far. I recommend getting your cards & pictures from somewhere else.”
“I ordered many calendars from Snapfish, most of them were acceptable but one. After many attempts to "CHAT" with someone, they sent another one. The second calendar mailed was damaged as well. I was told to communicate with the person who responded to my complaint via email. He said I would hear from him in 24 -48 hours. It is now 6 days without a resolution. Their customer service is terrible. Their product is okay when it is correct.”
“Terrible customer service!!! I received a large print that was of horrible quality. They say it is my fault because I ordered it. There was no indication when ordering that the resolution would be poor. Larger sizes indicated that, but not this one. I was cut off from chats at least half a dozen times. Eventually communicated via email and that was completely unhelpful. Back to chat and was cut off again. Tried again and this time I was ready to be done. They will not issue refunds. Only credits that I have no intention of using. What a joke!”

“Ordered a memorial blanket for a friend. Charged me $70 more than advertised. Reached ot to customer service twice and told my complaint was escalated to management. It's been 2 weeks and no one has reached out. Lesson learned. I would not recommend Snapfish. Very disappointed.”

“I’ve ordered many canvas covered pictures in the past and they have been beautiful. I just received 2 more I had done and am very unhappy with them. They weren’t on the sponge backing or tile backing. They were canvas stretched on a wood frame. With what I’ve paid over time, this is very disappointing. Cindy Strauser”
“I ordered a 5x7 photo and they totally screwed it up! I chatted with customer service and she said that if…they redid it, it would probably be done a wrong again. then said she would only give me a credit to have it done again. That made no sense since she said it would be done wrong again. I asked for a full refund but they refused to give me one. I can’t use this messed up 5x7. This was totally wrong on the companies part. They could have made this right but just chose not too! Shame on your company! I can’t add the photo because it has my grandchildren on it! They can’t even spell my last name right!”

I would give them zero stars if I could because they have zero customer service and zero redress for their mistake. They incorrectly mounted the canvas print I ordered and there is absolutely no way to communicate with this company. I am disgusted and will never use them again.”

“I would not recommend placing an order with Snapfish because they offer you codes for discounts but then over charge you for shipping costs, I ordered a small photo on its own which was a postcard size so small which cost me $1.95 & I was charged $8.95 for postage, I also ordered in the same transaction a small photo in a frame & was charged another delivery fee of $12.95, They should have been sent together.. Be careful ordering with this company, I am not happy & will not be ordering with Snapfish ever again.”
“Ordered two 20x30 canvas wrapped prints. Absolutely terrible. Colors are off from my images but I didn't expect the best there. The biggest issue is construction. One has loose saggy canvas that looks horrible on the wall. Both have creases in the canvas. Will NEVER use Snapfish again. Complete waste of money. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!”
“I ordered a book through snap fish and like to leave space to write dates and names of people or things in my photos. I previewed the book before I ordered it, and it showed that everything would print just fine but when I received the book a lot of the writing of the names and stuff had been chopped off”
“Mistakes happen. How a company responds when mistakes happen is an opportunity to create a loyal customer. It was USPS that screwed up here, but Snapfish made it right. They went above and beyond.
The product was perfect and they moved mountains to get it to me when I needed it.”
“Paid $40 for shipping on 1/12/25 to receive by 1/17. Products had not shipped by 1/15 and contacted customer service, was told it would be delivered on time and they would put a note in the order. On 1/16 at 9pm I contacted customer service again because still had not shipped. I was told I would need to contact them again on day of delivery (1/17, the next day) to discuss options. I pointed out it was due to be delivered following day and it was 9pm at night and still had not shipped so there was no way it would arrive. I was told it did not matter so I would need to contact them a 3rd time. Very frustrating and would not have ordered or paid $40 in shipping had I known it would not arrive on time and I would not be able to get the money back for the expedited shipping without contacting several times and consuming a lot of my time. Extremely frustrating, still not sure if i will get the money back, amd, the person it’s being delivered to will be leaving town so the photos may get ruined.”
