“this company is terrible. After messing up my order repeatedly, i was told my order would defintely arrive by the date needed. Have just been told twice that it will arrive the follwing day - meaning I will not recieve the photos by the party date i needed them for. I will now have to pay £50 to get a same day print off - and the Snapfish are doing nothing to help. No updates, no tracking on the order. Do not use this terrible service if you actually need the photos by the delivery date.”
“I ordered invite cards for a grad party. They came back all blurry because of miss registering prints. Offset printing was miss aligned and they let that go out the door. not sure who is check or quality person was napping. I couldnt get it resolved thru the CS. they keep giving me the run around and and resolve this. Never going back here”

Of the 150 photos sent two thirds are missing heads, feet etc etc. Be clever, be wise and DON'T use Snapfish it will save the heartache and the gift for your family members will be perfect by using a GOOD COMPANY not this bunch of cowboys. I would add photos but I don't want to post photos of my elderly mother.”
“Awful - they’ve repositioned my photos so I have tops of heads missing when there was plenty of space above the heads. They haven’t centred them right as well. Crappy pictures. This has happened twice in a row. Avoid!!!!!!! I can’t show pics as they’re personal - family members.”

Basically i recieved like 25/30 picture with the head cut off because they were enlarged to big. Other were just off centered & enlarged too much. I'm very disappointed. Surprised too. Alot of Snapfish reviews were good.

“I really wish I could attach files to this review as you'd see just how hideous this company is. Ordered over 40 photo reprints from them... They arrived today and 14 of them are a joke. Heads chopped off, both partially and completely. I complained and the usual generic response. The customer service agent said it because the photo resolution was not high enough. They obviously don't know photography because the resolution obviously doesn't affect the size and cropping of a picture !... Absolutely useless. Was promised a response from a manager but what a surprise, I haven't had one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!... THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY IN RETURN FOR AN AWFUL SERVICE!”

“I ordered Christmas cards on December 4th. They were supposed to arrive on the 13th originally but then the arrival date changed to the 15th. It is now the 18th and the cards are still not here. When I check the tracking, the first problem is, the tracking isn’t updated everyday and then my cards arrived in my state one day, and the next day, they’re in another state. I contacted Snapfish and got a refund. Christmas is a week away, Snapfish’s guarantee was if you order cards & pictures by a certain date, you’re guaranteed to get them days before Christmas, and it’s all been incorrect so far. I recommend getting your cards & pictures from somewhere else.”
“I ordered many calendars from Snapfish, most of them were acceptable but one. After many attempts to "CHAT" with someone, they sent another one. The second calendar mailed was damaged as well. I was told to communicate with the person who responded to my complaint via email. He said I would hear from him in 24 -48 hours. It is now 6 days without a resolution. Their customer service is terrible. Their product is okay when it is correct.”
“Terrible customer service!!! I received a large print that was of horrible quality. They say it is my fault because I ordered it. There was no indication when ordering that the resolution would be poor. Larger sizes indicated that, but not this one. I was cut off from chats at least half a dozen times. Eventually communicated via email and that was completely unhelpful. Back to chat and was cut off again. Tried again and this time I was ready to be done. They will not issue refunds. Only credits that I have no intention of using. What a joke!”

“Ordered a memorial blanket for a friend. Charged me $70 more than advertised. Reached ot to customer service twice and told my complaint was escalated to management. It's been 2 weeks and no one has reached out. Lesson learned. I would not recommend Snapfish. Very disappointed.”

“I’ve ordered many canvas covered pictures in the past and they have been beautiful. I just received 2 more I had done and am very unhappy with them. “I ordered a 5x7 photo and they totally screwed it up! I chatted with customer service and she said that if…they redid it, it would probably be done a wrong again. then said she would only give me a credit to have it done again. That made no sense since she said it would be done wrong again. I asked for a full refund but they refused to give me one. I can’t use this messed up 5x7. This was totally wrong on the companies part. They could have made this right but just chose not too! Shame on your company! I can’t add the photo because it has my grandchildren on it! They can’t even spell my last name right!”

I would give them zero stars if I could because they have zero customer service and zero redress for their mistake. They incorrectly mounted the canvas print I ordered and there is absolutely no way to communicate with this company. I am disgusted and will never use them again.”

“I would not recommend placing an order with Snapfish because they offer you codes for discounts but then over charge you for shipping costs, I ordered a small photo on its own which was a postcard size so small which cost me $1.95 & I was charged $8.95 for postage, I also ordered in the same transaction a small photo in a frame & was charged another delivery fee of $12.95, They should have been sent together.. Be careful ordering with this company, I am not happy & will not be ordering with Snapfish ever again.”
