“Low fat and not too many carbs...calories below 500-600, good portions of vegetables and protein to fit American Diabetes Assn’s “healthy plate” template yet filling! Generally flavorful seasonings, some sauces on the dry side (realize it’s not easy to fit all the parameters!)”

“I love everything I have tasted. Would like to try some of meals that use chicken thighs but I don’t like dark meat chicken. Maybe can use breasts in some. Otherwise you are great!!!”

“The food is delicious, healthy and in small microwavable portions. There is a tremendous variety of meals to choose from. I bought these for my 90-year old homebound Mom who no longer cooks. These ready-to-heat meals help her to eat healthier.”
