“The food is really good, I like the menu selection each week. Portions are good but not too big which has helped me lose weight and stay on track. My only complaint is the shipping, particularly if your are unfortunate enough to have your meals delivered through Ontrac. Deliveries are repeatedly late, and occasionally not delivered at all (they discard it because their are so late that it "expires" along the way). As you can imagine this is very disruptive when doing meal planning when your meals do not arrive. Food is really great, if it gets here.”

“Food has been on point (in oven only). Only recommendation would be for them to put the oven instructions on each meal just like they do for microwave instructions. Annoying to have to go through the app or site to find. Not convenient since they all have different time limits.”

“Meals and customer service are great. We’ve had some shipping/packing issues. Some have been the fault of UPS. Multiple meals in every shipment are not sealed well and leak, which causes a mess and concern for the freshness of the meals.”

“Customer service is great! My complaints are that the chicken is usually very fatty to the point where I can’t stomach to eat it, then I wish there were more options for meals with more fresh vegetables, lastly, a majority of the meals contain very high amounts of sugar and sodium so I am very limited to what I can order. Hope these can be addressed soon or I may have to cancel my subscription.”

“First, I LOVE your company. I've lost my quarantine weight (30 lbs since January) by eating 2 Snap meals a day / 6 days a week and I feel great! That being said, I've noticed some directional changes over the past few weeks that I'd love to comment on for future considerations. One of the main reasons I stayed with Snap Kitchen after trying out a handful of prepared menu delivery services is because you offered low-calorie options (300-350 calories) that were not just plain chicken and veggies. For example, the turkey meatloaf, brisket, shrimp pesto, etc. I've noticed since the brisket and shrimp pesto left the menu they were replaced by much higher calorie items AND the turkey meatloaf was updated and is now 400 calories - similar calories contents to many of the other items on the menu. Now, I love a good upgrade just as much as anyone but I am disappointed that my low-calorie options are becoming more and more limited by the week. PLEASE add in some 300-350 calorie meals that are not naked. I want to continue this lifestyle change with Snap, but I need more variety. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
