“Communication very good. Packaging needs improving. The box of perm lotion should have been better protected by an outer box, and then a padded bag. Not just a thin padded bag alone. The perm box unfortunately was squashed and broken on receipt.”

“Received it on time. Just tried it out and it’s fabulous. Just what I was looking for in a small dual voltage travel size round blow dryer. Fingers crossed it works in Europe! Although I don’t see why it wouldn’t! My only negative feedback is that it is very hot on the end so do be careful if you’re trying to hold the end and twist it around your hair. I am excited!”
