I cancelled the order days before delivery. I cancelled because the order had not shipped with the advertised timeframe (by quite some margin). Despite numerous attempts to cancel via email and website it was shipped. Then I returned. Still not refunded. Stay away from Snatcher nothing works. Clearly they are a scam.

Bought couple items from Snatcher only to have about 12 of these items missing from my delivery, I been fighting with back and forth email without any solution, the agent Linda is arrogant on the mail and there's absolutely no customer care. I wouldn't recommend this online shop to anyone. Terrible experience!

I ordered a product and the delivery was very fast. But I wanted a refund, since the product I ordered didn't work. It has been 3 weeks and no refund has been made. I sent emails and even called and I'm still waiting on my refund.

The customer service is poor, ordered headboards that were poorly made, all I’m asking for is a replacement, but one week after submitting the returns forms, I still don’t know when the old ones will be picked up to be replaced.

I purchased a fridge from Snatcher, which took 2 weeks to deliver. Things purchased from Shein has a quicker delivery time. Anyway Snatcher is the only company that has no return courier. I don't mind paying for the courier to come home pick up my item and deliver it to Snatcher. Which I asked about delivery service for returns I was told they do not offer one. Totally frustrating experience....never again.

I paid for 3 Samsung tablets on the 10/04/2024. Since then there have been communication from their side. It's such a damn traumatising and tedious experience when you phone them. Let them give the items I bought or refund me.

WORST Company to order from. Claim they out of stock of which I still see the item on their site now days later. Weeks later and they still haven't processed a refund to me everytime I email they say they will process it but to no avail. Worst company and service ever.

I paid via eft but their site took money and never took me to the order confirmation page. They sent me a email saying they received my cash and I should put the item I bought in the basket and opt for BANK DEPOSIT,So they could link my order with money i paid. Now they don't even answer emails. The service is just the poorest I've experienced EVER and ITS no exaggeration. We work for our money Snatcher...Daylight robbers

I ordered an inverter and paid before reading the reviews The correspondence from the company is very poor but lo and behold my inverter arrived within 7 days. Hats off for the good service.
