About Snoozer Pet Products:

Snoozer was established in Greenville, South Carolina in 1985 with the intention of manufacturing and selling the finest dog beds, dog car seats, dog sofas and pet accessories in the industry. The same values that drove the establishment of the company then remain instilled in the company today. Snoozer is family owned and operated, and most of our products are sewn and assembled by hand here in the USA.

As we like to say, there’s not a single difference between a Snoozer and a dog bed off the shelf: there are several.

Quality and durability are sewn into every detail. You can see it in the made-to-order fabric. You can feel it in superior, resilient cushioning. You can even smell it in the cedar shavings that accompany our poly fill.

Other details aren’t as obvious, but they matter just as much. For instance, overlocked stitching hides rugged brass zippers. That’s because liners are made to be washer-friendly, just like our covers. When the time comes, you can replace the filling and make your Snoozer like new again, year in and year out.

Your pet is part of the family. We get that – because we feel exactly the same way. That’s why we think about how dogs behave. We watch how they age. And we manufacture dog beds and other products that are going to make both you and your dog happy for a long, long time.

“This is the 4th bed I’ve purchased (which says how much I like them) usually the quality and durability is amazing... that being said I was a bit disappointed with the most recent cozy cave I purchased for my dog- the plastic tubing was never sewed in all the way so it slid oUt the side every day. I spent 15 mins (not super crazy amount of time but still) sewing the hole closed so that it won’t keep coming out of the bed (something I don’t think I should need to do for a $130 bed). My dog really really loves these beds though so it’s totally worth it!”

“My dogs love the cozy cave! We have 3 in our home already! I took one star off because of how it came delivered. I was disappointed to see our cozy cave box was busted open when I received it. and the bed was coming out of the box. Kind of seemed like someone opened it up already.”

“We bought two of these Snoozer Lookout I Dog Car Seats, fondly we call them "boxes," for our pups, they do like them and sit in them very well most of the time; the boxes set high enough for our pups to look out the windows. We feel they are safe, as the seatbelt hooks through the car seat and then our pups' harnesses hook to the seatbelt. The sherpa lining is loose on them, however, and is pretty warm for our fur babies. The seats are also big and bulky, the interior of our SUV is limited on space so we completely lose the second row seating. We will use these boxes, though, because we feel our pups are protected in case of an accident.”

“Stylish way to keep dog comfortable and safe. Finally got my dad to buy one for his small dog after warning him of how unsafe it is to have dog unrestrained In vehicle. Great product. Pillow it comes with is useless, however. Would have the dog sitting level with top of seat rather than sitting down in seat. Pillow is very thick, rounded, and firm. Maybe a thin but firm, 4-5 inch flat booster pillow would be better. Would allow smaller dog to sit up slightly higher.”

“While I am happy with the Snoozer Car seat, I wish I could have communication with customer service before ordering. I needed to train my new rescue/foster dog ASAP in the car seat. I would have ordered a medium instead of a small. The product is good, the customer service was not so good! I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who wants to keep their dog safe while the dog looks out the window. Thank you.”

“I purchased this product for my new puppy, who was experiencing car sickness. While the product is beautiful, well made and comfortable looking, Rudy continues to get car sick. I’m hoping he outgrows it. I will continue to use the seat, as I feel he is safer in it.”

“Was smaller than I had thought. Do not like means of hooking to front Seats. Gus, the dog, likes it, but he is only 4 pounds so far and on his way to 20 pounds. May be too small for him at full growth. Quality OK, but I was expecting better considering price.”

“After I reworked the attachment straps, It worked fine. The console strap was difficult to shorten and the straps around the seats were too short.”

“actually, i really want to return it as it is too small for my 8 pound yorkie however, i tried to take it out of the car and i can’t remove the one strap which goes under the drivers seat unless i cut it for whatever reason, it just won’t budge and i can’t get that strap out otherwise it would have been ideal and i am open to buying a larger one please let me know if i can return or exchange it with the one strap cut as i am unable to remove it if i don’t cut it thanks for your anticipated help/response nancy wood”

“The seat is very nice. I was having trouble keeping my mini schnauzer from trying to get out of it and tried to contact you, but didn't hear back. He's getting better about it, but even with the strap on the tightest setting he would try and get down onto the seat of the car and would get hung up. Thankfully he had a harness on and I have since used the center console to help, while he learns how it works. He does far better riding in the car in a seat then when he was just on the regular seat of the car though!”

“I haven't had the orthopedic bed long enough to give a complete review, but so far so good. I see why people are saying the cover is too big and it wrinkles, but it is very heavy duty canvas with a heavy duty zipper. It's somewhat difficult to put on the foam, but that's ok. I hope the heavy duty zipper lasts because it was somewhat difficult to get zipped in places. The 7 inch foam is fantastic for my 14 year old German Shepherd mix and she only likes beds with Sherpa on the top. No accidents so far, but I did wash it before I put it on the foam and set it outside to dry and it washed fine. I'll try to edit this as time goes on to give a more comprehensive review. So far I'm happy with it!”

“Our 4.5 lb yorkie likes her new perch on the console. We have taken increasingly long drives to acclimate her to her new carseat. She has yet to fall asleep and I don't know if that's because of the novelty or because it's a snug fit. The only issue we have had is that if there is a sharp turn, she can fall over the side and if the harness is attached, the strap can get tangled over the driver's arm. We are hoping her sense of balance in the new seat will prevent this going forward.”

“Received the dog bed and it was extremely difficult to get the cushion part inserted into the "frame" of the bed. It was stuffed so much that it was hard to work with. And the dog was not into it at all until I put a blanket on it.....guess she is too much of a princess and prefers something with a softer fluff.”

“The Cozy Cave is a natural for a short-haired dog living with people like us who don't heat our homes at night. She was a bit confused at first, but our Vizsla jumped right in once I held the bed still with the cave door open.”
