Hamper did not arrive! Was ordered as a Christmas present for a relative in Melbourne but looks as though they will not receive it in time for Christmas.... or ever! Who knows, as no contact from Snowgoose with any form of dispatch or tracking information. A company to be avoided unless you don't mind disappointment.

We are still waiting for our delivery so unable to make a review yet. Some idea of when it may arrive would be appreciated though. Thank you Jenny Knox

I purchased two for my neighbours as a thank you for taking care of me. I was so embarrassed to find out that both boxes of cherries were rotten. I will never used Snowgoose again.

The hamper I ordered was delayed by 3 days and as it was to a business that was closing for Christmas it was very disappointing.

Another disappointment . I ordered cherries , lychees and mangoes for Christmas before going into hospital.I was still in hospitalon Christmas Day so I had no first hand experience with the goods. However my daughter sent me a photograph.The mangoes were hard and green a few days before Christmas. No apology, no refund, nothing.. ‘ How delightful’ we are told ‘ to be able to indulge in amazing fruit’ picked at ‘exactly the moment they’re at their best.’’ ‘ Your gift’ it is confidentally maintained ‘ will arrive in perfect condition’! Perfect condition! Don’t think so. Incredibly disappointing. This was a Christmas present for my daughter! No apology or price reduction. I am incredibly disappointed. I have been in hospital for approximately 4 months including over Christmas. I was bitterly concerned that this present was so disappointing with no apology forthcoming. In November I made my first order in several years. It fell short of expectations. However I decided to make another attempt. Incredibly disappointing and no apology.

Person did not receive delivery, however was advised delivery had been received. Caused additional grief because person thought I had forgotten the date. Item was redelivered and quality good. Based on my delivery experience never again

I can not believe you askig me now to review your services.... after 3 months.... well it was absolute disaster!! The driver apparently couldn't find the address, which I find very odd .... and did not contact anyone or anything just took it back !? It was my uncles birthday that day. No one even contracted me next day, I had to call you to chais the order. And when it was finely delivered next dsy, as ot was very hot couple days, fruit was in bad condition and on the end was just nightmare!! Would not use your services in tge futer for sure or recommend you to anyone! That's not how you do business!!

The hamper was delivered with no note or any identification. Even though this was provided. The recipient had no idea who it was from. Probably won't use them again for this reason.
